Very substantial and satisfying to eat.The soup is (a little) too much. Maybe less soup can bring denser flavors?

There were a lot of choices, but ended up getting a standard option from the menu - totally forgot what I ordered. However I do remember the how everything tasted. Hope you like spicy too… it was intense but good.I was recommended the herbal tea as well to quench the inferno, which was a great recommendation. This place is a counter inside a food court, so don’t expect a fine dining ambiance.Definitely coming back again.

I like the atmosphere, but the dumplins, eggrolls, wantons, and sesame ball were so old and dry. It's really disgusting and unsafe to eat, I'm sure. I was really disappointed and embarrassed since I brought my Vietnamese aunt there for lunch!Parking: Hard to park, the spaces are really small, and anybody in a tesla automatically forgets the laws of physics and motion.

Yet more options or choices for a hot pot style soup place! My first time to try and it was a good experience. Price is decent and the soup tasted good (maybe a bit on the saltier side for mine, but that's okay, can ways add more water to dilute it out). Like that you can customize (pick-n-choose) your own add-ons or ingredients into your personalized bowl.

Got diarrhea almost immediately after eating here. I’m not sure whether it’s related though, but just providing a data point.

Tried this place while visiting California. The most affordable and tasty hot pot. We took ToGo and this was by far the best when compared to the other Mogolian Hot Pot I tried the last time I was here. Will go back again before I go back to

If you want to eat watery instant ramen powder broth with frozen ingredients try Qingshi. I was so disappointed with the broth. The other ingredients are pretty much what you can get from 99 Ranch. You'd be better off making your own Hot pot instead of what you get here. It will be a fraction of the price that tastes far better.

Interesting day. Ratings didn't look too strong, so I decided to try them for own experience. Room for improvement. I arrived at the opening hour, 11:00 AM sharp Thursday, but they haven't opened or started up on time yet. By 11:10 AM, I was able to scan code and placed order online as the first customer. Mobile tablets/screens not powered on yet, but customers were looking around. Was checking on my order at front counter since I planned to dine-in today around 11:20 AM and finally got my order by 11:25 AM. Ordered the Szechuan Green Peppercorns Soup Base with Yunnan Noodles. Added Beef, Mussels, Shrimp, Chinese Cabbage, Corn, and King Oyster Mushrooms. Total came out to $19.73 before taxes and tips, so final bill $23.93 (gave them 10% tips, but not required for food court items). Not sure where the thinly slices of beef comes from. It didn't taste like regular beef that most people are familiar with and meat portion wasn't much. Soup base and noodles were excellent. Great huge portions and flavors were more on the extremely mah-lat spicier side. Best to have a drink/beverage on the side. Shrimp unpeeled pieces were much larger in size than expected. Tasted great. Mussels surprised me. I was expecting shell on the mussels, but mussels were all without shells. Still tasted good/no sand. Chinese cabbage was thinly cut, mushrooms were thinly cut, and so was the corn on a cob thinly sliced. Looks like a lot for the super bowl size, but it's really not much. Noodles & soup were definitely over portions. Not bad of a Yunnan Chinese hot pot noodle bowl place in the perfect food court environment, but I still have a 50%feeling about it. Lots of staff members working. Good people. Accepts credit cards. There are many better options here, but you can still give them a try. This place should work on delivering much faster foods for order, so customers don't have to wait over 10-15 minutes. By the way, I was not impressed when I saw the plastic spoon with the wooden disposable chopsticks. Soup was served very boiling hot, so it's not really a great idea to serve it with generic plastic spoon for dining in. Just my own opinion. Ok for takeouts, but not great for dining inside. Overall, they're ok if you come hungry. I want to try the pickled soup base or tomato soup base next time. Portion size isn't huge. It's just the soup and noodle quantity that makes it very fulfilling for sure. Everything is thinly sliced. If they changed the bowl design/bowl type//bowl size, maybe food will present itself better. Most importantly, if they served better quality meats, that may be a bonus for them, but I'll understand that it's not easy to do business these days without cutting costs. It's a very convenient spot.

Good food decent price and big portion. I have the mushroom noodles soup, it's not spicy and the soup is flavorful

I was about to try another food place in the same food court then I found this one is open! Order process is very easy. It turns out this is a good try and the soup tastes so good! I literally finished the whole bowl of soup. At first I found there were couple items on my ordering list missing, when I was walking towards the counter I got a call from the owner and she kept apologizing that she forgot some items. Then she made me another bowl and kept apologizing. It is very convenient to eat here after doing grocery shopping.
