“I recently visited R&B Tea in Fremont and tried the Strawberry Watermelon Surprise. It was a refreshing and delicious choice! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their drinks!”
Food, drinks, and the service was absolutely top notch. We got the fried chicken w/ sticky rice and cheesy corn dog to be paired with a taro milk tea, ube brown sugar milk tea, and the egg cream boba latte. It was all just straight up bussin. Words can’t describe how good it was. So good that a Google review was needed.

My new lunch spot :)
The beef noodle dish is awesome. Probably better than a lot Vietnamese restaurants in the Bay

Pretty good fresh tea and fruit teas. They have a self service booth and I highly recommend using it!! It’s a little complicated at first but it’s worth it

So far so good. Their prices are more affordable than their neighbor sack of potato. I appreciate their loyalty cards. It is fun for me.
Spicy popcorn chicken is really bad quality. They will leave you waiting at the front cashier for 15-20 mins because they don’t want to actually talk to you!!! They want you to use the self-service kiosks instead so customer service should be a 0/5 stars. I’ve actually never had a real conversation with anyone working there ??? So weird but okay… I liked the old location that was here years ago- it was called iTea :)

I checked out R&B Tea - Fremont while on a bike ride along Fremont Blvd. The location is very convenient. There is free timed street parking as well as some parking in the rear of the storefront. There are also multiple locations along Artist Walk to park one’s bike, and the shop is only a short walk from nearby bus stops. The store was clean and bright, music was playing, and there was ample seating for people to sit down and enjoy their food and drinks. There were also some games available for people to play (cards, Jenga, Connect4, etc). I could imagine this place being a really fun spot to meet up with friends, get some boba and snacks, and chill.I used the self-service kiosk to order and pay. I ordered the spicy popcorn chicken (but with zero spiciness for me lol) and a Green Thai Tea. Both were excellent! The popcorn chicken was crisp and flavorful. I appreciated that it wasn’t mostly batter and that it wasn’t super oily or greasy. The Green Thai Tea was also very good—fresh and smooth. I only know a few places that offer this drink, so I’m glad to know there’s a place nearby to me that has it and that does it well.I had an opportunity to meet and talk with the owner, Allen, who is looking forward to the store’s Grand Opening. He was very friendly and kind, and he really knows his stuff about tea. I’m looking forward to coming back to R&B Tea - Fremont soon!Addendum: I revisited R&B recently several weeks after my first visit from which I wrote my review. I got the same drink. I’ll note that the boba’s texture is too soft for my preference and isn’t as chewy as I would like it. I hope this is something they’re working on while they’re still in the soft opening, because the quality of the drink itself is still good.

The kiosk was pretty nice but the staff are young teenagers and I ordered a “White Peach Oolong Milk Tea.” It was suppose to have milk right? But they gave me a clear version with no milk inside… I let them redo the order and there was no apology or anything..the younger girl and the tall young guy’s service was not nice at all. The milk tea taste weird as well and got stomachaches after drinking this.

Food and tea was okay. But they served too slow. A lot of improvements are needed. Won't come

Stopped by to see this location. The staff is young and not very knowledgeable of the menu.Kiosk units are great, but they lag speed, quality, and confusioning, menu jumps from fresh milk to milk teas and shows almost the same selection of drinks.I ordered 2 drinks (see pictures)a bit disappointing, the store highlights Brown Sugar drinks heavy, but the drinks don't do justice. First place I've visited that actually charges for "brown sugar boba" in a signature drink menu. Also, Ube Brown Sugar? What is this! No flavor of the UBE, overpriced, and tasted like brown sugar. It's not worth the $7Overall, I'm not happy, but it was worth the $14.00 experience not to come back.Good luck R&B ?

It was very clean and the drinks and snacks we ordered came out quickly. The popcorn chicken was good; it was a large portion and was freshly fried. They even have board games for you to play with your friends! The staff were really friendly, and overall the tea shop had a really nice ambience. I would 10/10 go again. :))
