R&B is my favorite place to go. We get the tropical fruit drink no sugar no ice one of the most refreshing drinks I highly recommend trying.

Very friendly workers - helped answer my question about milk alternatives. They have oat milk, but otherwise use whole milk. There are a lot of food and drink options to try so I would come bk just to try something new and I would request a milk alternative next time. Spacious place with nice decor, cute murals, and clean.

The boba shop itself has a cute upbeat vibe. It's a nice spot to relax if you have time and I hope next time I can also try some of their food because everything looks tasty. My cousin and I went around 11am (opening time) and their service was good. They welcomed us in. We used their self-service machine to order but they also were taking orders the old-fashioned way.

Spicy popcorn chicken is really bad quality. They will leave you waiting at the front cashier for 15-20 mins because they don’t want to actually talk to you!!! They want you to use the self-service kiosks instead so customer service should be a 0/5 stars. I’ve actually never had a real conversation with anyone working there ??? So weird but okay… I liked the old location that was here years ago- it was called iTea :)

I order xio man, tirasmu cake, beef stew with bread,& mango stormy with grass jelly.its really good.employees are really friendly and the place is very clean.

I'm not gonna lie, I love R&B tea as a franchise. Their drinks and food are always enough to die for. But this place feels a little more inauthentic than the rest. 100% the portions at other R&Bs are doubled to the point that there is always food to take home. Over here, its very small. I couldn't believe how little Pate was offered with my plate. For a Vietnamese spot, that was very disappointing. Some spots will even have a steak that you need a knife to cut. And this place had the same price but half as much sauce(butter & meat juices) and was laced with veggies to clean up the lack of everything. I had to eat this with one roll and the bread was so soft that it became soggy after trying to put ingredients in it. Or it would fall apart when I simply tried to dip the bread in the sauce. I don't know what could be different but this bread was alot whiter than what I'm used to. The boba though.... I saved it for post meal and from the first sip. It's amazing! It single handedly saved the review. I'd offer a half star if I could. I gotta give it a 2 star because I came starving and left starving. But I spent as much as 25$ for this photo. I really wanna give another star but that food was just disappointing for me to see after being a frequent visitor to the San Jose Locations in Little Saigon.

Go to boba spot locally. Really likes the slushy drinks. Had taro the other day and they had non dairy options. I chose oat milk and it was a really not too bad. I think I do prefer the more fruity drinks because they have a refreshing taste and tend to quench my thirst a little better. Also ordered the gyoza and it was pretty good very good dipping sauce, came out hot and crispy. Very nice pairing with a sweet drink.

Accepted my order of two drinks and after a 20 minute wait they notified me that they were out of both the tea I selected and the boba as well. After reviewing drinks with some replacements, it still tasted so much worse than all the other boba places in Fremont. Skip this place at all costs.

I ordered a brown sugar milk with grass jelly (because I didn't want boba) but it came with boba anyways? It also came with cheese foam I think and I'm not much of a fan of that. But I will say it was definitely sweet, most places don't give the sweetness I'm craving when I ask for max sweetness. But at the end when everything started mixing/melting together it started tasting kinda off and it was hard for me to drink more because it wasn't really tasting good. But my sister bought a matcha latte and even though I'm not a matcha fan I thought it was decent

I think R&B is a solid boba place! Personally, the prices are a little high for boba in my opinion. The Matcha Latte was pretty good and I got regular sweetness and less ice. My sister got the Brown Sugar Boba Fresh Milk and it was honestly really good sweet. The workers themselves were super nice though, and I liked the chill ambiance with games to play.

I returned to R&B Tea today (12/1/23) after the manager responded and said he will let the R&B crew know to fill up drinks to the appropriate level in the bottle. I regretfully made the mistake to return to find two of my drinks were not filled up to the appropriate level again. Although it was filled up a little more than previously but still disappointing by all means to have a good portion missing. Shame on them the first time, shame on me the second time to return, not going to fall for third round of BS! I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. They should consult with the San Jose location on quality control. I realized that they charge $1 extra if no ice was selected for the drink . Ice was selected for all three drinks. Hhm, there's no logical excuse that mgmt can provide to weasel out of this incident. Definitely very disappointing to have this happened the second time. And I haven't had any issue with the R&B Tea in San Jose. Drinks have been filled up close to the top.

a really cool environment and good with hanging out with people, VERY yummy food!!! especially the mango fruit tea and the popcorn chicken, and i really like the cups they are super cuteeee
