Ramen Arashi is easily one of my new favorite spots in Fremont. The food is legit. I ordered the Arashi ramen and it was super flavorful — rich broth without being too heavy, and the chashu was soft and tender. The noodles had the perfect chew, and the bowl came out piping hot, which I loved.
I also tried the karaage and it surprised me. Super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and not greasy at all. Portion size was really generous too. Even the side toppings were fresh and well-seasoned.
Service was fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I already want to go back and try more from the menu. If you’re anywhere near Fremont and craving ramen, this spot is a must-try.

Normally this is a great restaurant. Tonight the service was terrible. The waiter was unprofessional and rude; we left due to this. Will not be returning, because of the waiter's negative attitude.
