We go to this place routinely. It’s a nice restaurant, plenty of parking ( may need to walk a half a block ), food is good, authentic taste ( which comes with its own oily / greasy preparations)
The service if quick and on the weekdays. Recently we went on a Friday and Saturday for dinner and omg! It’s the same level of staffing on the weekend as the weekday .. service was excruciatingly slow. The staff was running around on steroids since they couldn’t keep up. Normally we are in and out within one hour .. weekends it took us 90 minutes to get done with the food and another 45 minutes to get the dessert.
There was a group of 4 ladies on the next table celebrating a birthday. They probably were waiting to get their food for as long as we were .. the manager came and asked them to leave since he needed the table for the next party who was waiting.
To the management - increase your staffing levels including the kitchen. For a regular meal with the family, 2.5 hours is a very long time.
We are not going back on the weekends.

Exceptionally pricey for the quality. The Monchow soup was disappointing, overly slimy with way too much cornstarch slurry, making it heavy and unpleasant. Not worth the cost.
Below average food! Waiter keeps his hands inside the bowl when serving! Loud club music! Quite Pathetic!

I found it to be a little underwhelming. I had ordered Chicken Manchow Soup, chili baby corn and vegetarian pan fried noodles. Everything tasted okay but not very tasty. I near Mountain View and I don't think it was worth the drive. The Inchin bamboo garden in Sunnyvale would be a better choice for people living on this side of the bay. The food presentation was also mediocre. Price was very expensive. The single portion for the soup was $12 plus taxes. The same portion I can get at Inchin for $6. The chilli baby corn was okay but again it didn't feel worth the $17+ they charge for it. Pan fried noodles was okay too. The bathroom was very clean which was something positive!

Restaurantji Recommends
1.Soups were more like gel consistency( the only hot item)
2.Baby corn Manchurian was warm to room temperature, not hot
3. Schezwan noodles is supposed to be atleast little spicy, was mild in flavor. So didn’t mention spicy while ordering. No flavor and was cold
4. Even the chili garlic noodles was mild. Same as above
5. Fried ice cream was excellent.
6. Regular fried rice was fine.
We’re a group of 10 and paid $450 with tip
Really disappointing and not worth the money.
Will never come again.

I can't say enough about Red Hot Chilli Pepper in Fremont!! Tried it for the first time yesterday night with my fam and friends!! - The food here was fantastic and served quickly (as busy as they are)... What made 'it' for us was the amazing waiter we had called Krish!! He was super-kind, genuine, kind and totally cared to the max!! - He knew the entire menu and described our choices to the 'T'!! What an amazing human being, thank you for making our first time there so very special my friend. See you soon Krish - keep making the World a better place! Awesome personality and presence you have!
