Worse service from any biz that I’ve dealt with they told me they can’t help me then the manager says my order was ready 30 minutes ago… straight lie to my face smh not ordering from here again I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants any kind of service

It’s not giving red lobster anymore the food did not have enough sizzle. The cheddar Bay biscuits were Luke warm, and they only put enough for exactly how many members we had at the table which was four actually they put less they only put three. We weren’t impressed. Bad decision to go there..

food was prepared very well. the price didn't match what you actually got. lobster tail was about 4 very small bites the backed potatoe was a good size, but you extra if you want more the just butter. steak was cooked medium rare like i asked and was a good size. probably best thing of the meal.service was very good at first. in the middle of the meal the waitress came and told us she was break, but would be attended to be a colleague. manager walked by once ti check on us mid meal. but no one came back after. finally stopped the hostess to bring a couple of to go boxes . then had to wave down a waitress to bring us the check. she brought, but she kinda tossed it at us, and didn't even provide a pen. we went to the hostess to pay, she said had to pay with the server. told we had no server. she had to go get the manager from his dinner break to help us.my ver first time along wit two other first timmers. probably wouldn't go back. also, the chedder bay bisquits come out better at from the box.

Great food and amazing service! Our server Karen was a ray of sunshine and just made our day. A big thanks to the staff for making lunch awesome.

I spend $200 dollars worth of food and the food was so nasty the lobster was so chewy and flavorless, the fish and chips where so hard and could tell they fried them with dirty oil the fries where so dry everything was nasty !! I love red lobster but this location was the most nasty, flavorless food I have ever ate from all the red lobster I been to!! I was so disappointed and upset me and my family did not finish the food and felt I just threw away $200 I also notice the people next to us also left almost all the food and left !!!!!! Never going to this location again and I don’t recommend this location at all and also took so long to bring our food out almost 1 hour and they didn’t even had a lot of people!!!!!

The atmosphere when I walked in, it was so calming, dim lights, not too noisy and comforting. Very kind waitresses and waiters with laaarger portions than I expected.

Came here waiting 10 min to talk to some one after all he come to tell me wait 45min again to be seated. And the whole place is empty.

Not many peoe was there on this day..and service was pretty slow. The steak was rezlly tough..and the lobster flatbread had too little lobster for the price.

Food quality has gone down the drain. The shrimp skewers were tasteless ,how can a chef not ads salt or pepper. There were 2 or 3 shrimps on the salmon shrimp meal for which they charged 33$. Sides were meh. Over all seems not worth the money. Better seafood restaurants ate there when u plan to slend 80+ on a couple dinner.

I had not been to Red Lobster in years. The food surprised mate as it was much better than I had remembered. I think they have stepped up their food game although I did not have any lobster I went with the endless shrimp option an it was delicious.The server was very friendly and responsive but service of the food seemed a little slow. It is possible that they may have been shorthanded in the kitchen.I would totally go back again.
