I hate bad customer service. Great pizza. Like really good pizza, but when I get to the restaurant they got me standing in front of the cash register like an idiot and the two ladies behind them don’t even acknowledge my existence, like we’re in the movie Mean Girls. Like I said great pizza, terrible customer service.

Pizza was not cooked right vegetables were still raw. Customer service was not good the lady didn't even want to respond to us at the front counter. I usually love coming to round table but I will not be returning to the Fremont one.

great service ordered via app to earn rewards points understaffed yet attentive appreciate she took time to come to booth table to ask if dining in brought plates to booth with order. special great value 4 topping personal size pizza courteously upon asking allowed substitution bottle Pepsi for fountain drink. clean restroom ask at counter for code for keypad. excellent work flow rang customers up then came by to bring online order.

We ordered 2 king Arthur personal pizzas and received reheated cold pizzas . The cheese was hard. The reason we know is all the vegetables and meat wouldn't stick on pizza also not 1 spot of oil on the bottom of box come on now who you fooling? This isn't RIGHT!! WE WORK HARD FOR

Don’t order from here. They don’t give you the rewards points. One time I ate in the restaurant and they told me you can only get rewards points if you take out… weird but ok! I just placed an order for over 215 bucks take out and they said I can’t get reward points unless I order online?! Well which is it online or take out other way go to the location in Newark or Union City this is a knock off-location that’s super shady.

Air conditioner was out so it was so uncomfortable ? staff and food were both great
I don't know if it is franchise to franchise, but this Round Table is the only one I have been to in my whole life that WON'T let you get pan crust on anything smaller than a medium size pizza. That in itself is a huge disappointment, when all I want is a pan size personal. Probably wouldn't visit again.
Aside from that, their garlic twists are very doughy and good.

The first thing I noticed when I stepped in this store, it was clean, bright, organized and smells good. I thought all round table stores use the same recipe and procedures, but somehow our pizza that we order from this store tasted a lot better than other round table pizza stores, and I always order the same kind of pizza from the menu (chicken garlic gourmet). I will definitely come back to this store even though there is another round table pizza store closer to me.
