Horrible. Pizza was moldy. When I called to complain they told me there was nothing to be done to speak to a manager the next day.. and kept informing me that they make the pizza fresh.. apparently they make it fresh with old moldy cheese.

Had a meeting with my remodeling contractor as we finished our business hunger stroke and was recommended by him to try the Pizza next door, glad I listened ! Tried the black olives and cheese pizza was delicious and came in minutes. Will try again if I'm in the area

The first thing I noticed when I stepped in this store, it was clean, bright, organized and smells good. I thought all round table stores use the same recipe and procedures, but somehow our pizza that we order from this store tasted a lot better than other round table pizza stores, and I always order the same kind of pizza from the menu (chicken garlic gourmet). I will definitely come back to this store even though there is another round table pizza store closer to me.

Horrible service!!! Called and ordered a pizza for delivery directly from Round Table, I waited over an hour and called in to find out that they sent the pizza out with DoorDash. The pizza never arrived , which is why I called. The manager on duty who refused to give me his name, asked me was I sure I didn't have the pizza and ended up hanging up on me. I called back and expressed my disappointment and mentioned filing a complaint and he said, Do what you have to do" and hung up on me again. The level of professionalism, disregard and outright disrespect is unacceptable for a business. If the management behaves in that manner then I would MEVER trust eating at this establishment!!! Order/Eat at your own risk!!!!

I recently visited round table pizza and while the pizza itself was good, the overall experience left much to be desired. Let's start with the positive aspects. The pizza was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese was perfectly melted. I really enjoyed every bite of it. However, I have to mention that the customer service I received during my visit was subpar. The cashiers and servers, (just the men) were rude and unfriendly. It seemed as though they had no interest in providing a pleasant experience for the customers and spent most of their time chatting with each other behind the counter. Their lack of professionalism was evident, and it left a sour taste in my mouth.Fortunately, there was one bright spot among the staff - a young woman working at the counter. She was friendly, attentive and Her warm demeanor and excellent customer service skills stood in stark contrast to the rest of the team. Despite the lackluster service, I would still recommend this place. If you can overlook the rude behavior of most of the staff, you'll be rewarded with a satisfying meal. However, it's my hope that the management addresses the issue of customer service and trains their staff to provide a more welcoming and pleasant experience for all customers.
