I come here for their uji matcha with the cheese mousse. Their matcha is very well done, creamy and smooth. Their cheese mousse adds an additional layer of creaminess with a hint of savory. They have so many fun drinks to choose from, but I always end up with the matcha because it’s that good! I get it less sweet than the standard . Can order ahead online!

This place is my go to for milk tea. Their Cheese Mouse Black Tea is hands down amazing the creamy cheese foam (must try).
They also do a great seasonal mango drink with cheese mouse that’s super refreshing. It has a nice, authentic mango taste, and isn’t too sweet. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or a bit fruity, this spot always hits the mark.

Had to pick up a friend nearby so found this place to be a good meeting spot for a drink. Plenty of parking spots and street parking or even in the next lot.
It seemed to specialize in cheese mousse or salted cheese. Very similar to Happy Lemon and I do like Happy Lemon’s salted cheese. Since it was already after 5pm and I still wanted to be able to sleep at night, I only got a small Cheese Mousse Mountain Green Tea. Otherwise I would have gotten a large Cheese Mousse Oolong tea.
The taste was not bad. I should have gotten more than 25% sugar, but all good. Refreshing and I would visit again. Wonder how their regular milk tea would taste.

The crystal boba topping itself was very good and tasted fresh but the drink tasted bland. It might be the drinks I ordered (guava green tea and passion fruit green tea) or the person making it didn't add enough flavoring to both. The drink did get better as I kept sipping it but still tasted bland. The sweetness and ice levels were perfect to not make it too sweet or watery. The prices are very good compared to other boba places as well.
Parking: The parking lot is limited but free right next to the front door.
Small hole in the wall spot with amazing boba! I've tried boba in so many places but these guys have the softest, warm, best tasting boba!

Staff was very friendly, boba tea was delicious, and service was excellent! Every time I ordered my drink was ready within 3 minutes. Tea was very flavorful but not too sweet and boba was perfectly cooked every time. My go-to order was a peach green tea with double boba and creme brulee. The creme brulee topping is phenomenal! Perfectly crispy and gives a nice sweet addition to the tea.

Really nice spot to get your bubble tea especially when walking around that area! However, this place needs a clean up specially the backend. Also, staff should pay attention to customers rather than looking at their phones all the time.
Anyways, I got Oreo Milk Tea and could feel all the Oreo crumbs from it. I also like the hard plastic of the cup and also the design of it. Will be coming back soon though haha

stopped by on a whim and now my whole family is addicted. the creme brulee milk tea actually resparked my boba obsession, that is how good it is. actual creme and a burnt suger top??? yeah, I'll pay $6 for that. they're also super quick and efficient!
