Taste so bad. Ordered creamy pink peachy spring and mango sago. It tastes so artificial, the creama called sea salt creama but tastes sweet.
The menu in store was designed bad too, I switched English version and Chinese version to compare, only English version has the product name, Chinese version has no product names for many items. Many items without any descriptions for both versions.

Great quality drinks. I feel like Sana uses much nicer ingredients than places nearby, lots of fresh fruit options and the tea is great as well with at least some of the flavors being made to order. Not always the fastest service though and no real options for food, just drinks.

They have 2 different menus. One that you see on the wall and another one that's on the counter. Make sure to check out both before you order.I got their their Thai milk tea with oreo. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. The milk tea was very watered down. There were only a few oreo chunks, and they were all too big and weren't mixed with the rest of the drink. I had to mix it myself, but even then, I couldn't really enjoy the oreo much because the pieces were too big to fit through the straw. It seems like their milk tea comes with boba by default. The boba was fine, but I didn't really want it. The Lychee jelly was good.

If you have a good palate you’ll like this place more than a lot of other boba places. The flavors are more fresh and natural than places that use a lot of artificial flavors and cheap mix-ins.

I love the boba here, but this is the 3rd time I tried to go there during opening hours only to find the store closed. I placed a $35 order yesterday for pickup, but drove there and the store was closed. I still haven’t received a refund yet! Don’t list your store hours on Google if you don’t plan on keeping your store open during operating hours. And please turn off your online order services so people don’t place orders and arrive to a closed shop. It’s frustrating and a waste of my time and money.

This place has great bubble tea, but falls short in other areas. It would be great and would be our go to bubble tea place if it has proper opening hours and does not randomly close. Opening hours posted on Google aren’t followed at all. 3 times we have ordered drinks online and driven there to pick up our drinks, only to find the store closed. They obviously do not care about their clientele. 5 stars for the drinks (they’re really good) but 0 stars for customer service.

Tried the mango coconut latte - if it had boba, we didn't get any. Tasted like mango coconut sticky rice dessert with mango puree, oat milk, coconut milk and pudding. I ended up splitting the drink and it felt like a good amount. More of a dessert drink than boba or milk tea and it felt like it needed "normal" sweetness. It had enough mango puree, though a little more wouldn't have hurt. Would prob come back for a dessert, but not for a drink.

Not so new boba spot. They're located across the street in the small shopping center near American High School. The old business was named Hot Love, but Sana Tea has banners on the outside of the business. They've been here since early 2021, I think that's what they told me. Love the coconut mango latte, the mango Watermelon slush, the black sugar brulee milk tea and the taro mochi milk tea. Good flavors, good prices. Staff are very nice and quick to get orders done. We've been frequenting this shop lately. I recommend trying it.

Very disappointed, took 20mins to make 1 order. In the end got a glass of milk with strawberry pieces in it.. that's their popular strawberry Thai latte... surprised by the high rating they got till now.

Kind of disappointed with this place. They didn’t have a basic black or oolong milk tea. Just fancy fufu drinks. Nothing to eat or restrooms.

Staff is super nice and helped me figure out if a drink (and all its components) is vegan and offered swaps ? Drink is not overly sweet at default sweetness level

Cute little shop with amazing drinks!- Hidden in a small plaza- Orders are done on kiosk and a text is sent when order is ready- Online ordering is a great time saver!- Friendly staff- Quick service- Mango coconut is the best!- Small lot but can always get a spot in front

Drinks here are good. My only gripe is that the cups are small compared to other drink places. There are also no seats in the restaurant.Mango Thai Coconut LatteThis drink is delicious and I would come back for this. The mixture is perfect and unique.Ube Mochi Taro LatteRefreshing to drink. Not as great as the mango Thai Coconut Latte. The drink does remind me of having the Filipino dessert Halo Halo.
