I've been a regular since they opened up in Sunnyvale and then Milpitas. The Fremont location is also good. Their dosa batter is fermented perfectly and so it's not sour. I'm from Mumbai and can compare their dosas to what you get in good Udipi restaurants in Mumbai. Their uttapams are cooked perfectly with the onions perfectly crunchy, and not like thos half cooked ones in many Bay Area South Indian restaurants.

Ambience is very nice, Service is good, Sambhar and chutney both were average and very spicy which is the main thing in a south Indian meal, hope you can fix it. Thank you for accommodating Jain options
