They’ve gotten very rude and racist towards Indians. Used to love eating here often (the food has always been amazing and the owner is super nice), and I had been eating here for the past 15-20 years. Just can’t believe how racist they’ve gotten recently. They shouldn’t hire people who can’t live/ mesh in such a diverse society. I didn’t feel welcomed one bit and left insulted/ heartbroken, feeling the monstrosity of the man behind the cash register (front desk) who was indescribably rude the entire time. I sure as hell wasn’t going to eat here after. The ill-mannered comments were very unpleasant and unnecessary.

Best Pakistani restaurant in the Bay Area though there are some breaks in the food lately that deserve mention. The amount of meat has diminished rather appreciably in the past two orders, to the point of annoyance. We ordered $140.00 of food to feed seven adults, three female, and had nowhere near enough meat in the tikka masala, tandoori chicken, goat karahi, and one other chicken dish. Was embarrassing as I was the host.

4 stars for the people who prepare the food in the kitchen. 0 stars for the pathetic customer service by folks sitting at the counter. Decent food for the price, the grilled food is worth the money, curries are overpriced. Customer service needs a serious improvement at the counter to improve this to a 3 star overall.

It was very disappointing, the preparation was sloppy. Some meat pieces looked discolored and smelled off.
Ordered garlic naan and karahi goat curry. Garlic naan was half baked and goat curry was horrible. It used to be a good place but in recent times the quality deteriorated. Never going back.

I could give them a 0 if I could. Food horrible, ambiance horrible and the guy who’s at the front acts as if he’s doing a favor by taking your order.
Upon other reviews about brain masala and biryani I decided to dive it a try along with Goat Karahi and naan. But unfortunately there is no taste in any of the dishes and it’s way too pricy for the quality of food they offer.
Let’s not even go to the hygiene of the kitchen and the chef.

I ordered paaya and what i got was full of water with playa. I talked to owner and he mentioned this is what I get a soup! He did not try to ask me how can he fix it for me or do it better or refund the money. I also ordered chicken normally and there was hardly any chicken. Don't go until they fixed their service and food. Horrible is a word!
