It’s really too salty! I understand that "Hunan cuisine" is relatively heavy, and I am a person who loves heavy and spicy food. But the saltiness here surpasses all seasonings, it's really too salty. Can your own chefs try it? This is the level where heavy talkers would feel like the salt shaker has been tipped. In my impression, only if the ingredients are not fresh, they need to be very salty to cover up. You have spent almost 50$ per person, isn’t that true?

The food here is truly incredible. Very unique and flavorful dishes with the perfect amount of spice/heat. We were beyond impressed with our meal and it was even takeout! As most should know, quality typically drops when food is prepped to go. However, that was not the case. Everything was exceptional!!
