Very authentic Shanghainese style food. Spicy soup noodles can sure test your ability to stand hot food. Steamed and fried dumplings, and Xiao Long Bao are must-eat items. Appetizers like jellyfish and stewed spare rib chunks are highly recommended. Mr Song is the owner. He is ever friendly and efficient. This place is a rare find on East Bay.
About as authentic as you can get! Excellent noodle soups, we also love the scallion oil noodles and any of the rice cake dishes. The spare ribs are our favorite in town. It is a small restaurant but plenty of tables and fast service. Great portions too, we always have leftovers!
A great tasting restaurant. The food tasted exactly as I was expecting the dishes to be. The price was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant and plan to be a repeat customer.
