received the 8k oven missing a bracket. call me crazy, but when i buy an oven, it should be shipped complete, especially one at that price. I then had to install it. okay fine, things happen. then to using it. the knobs weren't working correctly. turning it up any faster than a click at a time actually caused the temperature to lower. called customer service, not very helpful (but friendly). every step took a week. update the firmware, that might fix it. nope. okay, now take apart your brand new 8000 stove because we must be in that business... right okay must be the encoder. okay send it to us. after a week of not receiving tracking info, called and complained. of we were just getting that out. really? a week and then a phone call and then you overnight it? heated at this point after hours on the phone and weeks waiting on parts. I said, not for nothing but we spent a lot of money on this stove and we spent a lot of time fixing a brand new stove. I asked for a lame, a 40 dollar lame for the time spent. the next day, I get a call from tech support. we can't give you a lame because you used bad language on the call. I dropped an f bomb to reiterate my frustration... to which i also apologized for before ending the call. I will never recommend this company to anyone. they seem to think their customers have hours to spend fixing the 8000 oven and when they ask for a 40 lame in exchange for the time taken doing THEIR job, it's used the f word

Pass on this oven. Over $8k for an oven that loses HUNDREDS of degrees just by opening the door to take bread out. Then it takes HOURS to get back to temp for the next load. Would have been better off buying a second home oven. Not making my home bakery any easier or efficient.

We bought our simply bread oven in September of 2024, and what a purchase it has been. Every aspect of dealing with simply bread has been incredible.
When you order, they provide weekly updates on the status of your oven. As the shipping date approaches they send materials and info to ensure you are ready to receive it. It is packed extremely well, and this thing is built to last. We own several other ovens (2 Unox and 1 blodgett) and this oven is in a whole different class compared to those.
It has worked seamlessly for us.
Our true test came when I needed to replace a door seal last week. I wasn’t sure where to reach out so I sent a message to their contact us page on their website. Within a few hours someone had sent me a text “just to confirm my address” and they shipped us a new door seal immediately, no charge and express shipping. It arrived at my door in Canada 2 days later.
They sent me a video detailing how to do the replacement, AND a real person followed up to see if it went ok.
This company is absolutely going above and beyond in every way. Do not hesitate to buy an oven here!!
