The food was great! I ordered the spicy garlic beef rice plate, and it arrived sizzling hot. The takoyaki was alright.
For anyone new to this style of food, you have to scrape the bottom while it cooks so it doesn't burn. But you get those tasty, delicious, crispy rice bits.
Don't forget to use the table condiments. I personally used the salt, pepper, and miso.

I ordered through the QR code. There were 7 of us, we used 4 different phones. I was the 2nd one to get my order sent. Everyone else got their food, and was eating. I finally asked when my food was coming, without even checking, he said it'll be up. After another 10 minutes, he finally checked and said the kitchen missed the order and I'll be up soon. Definitely not impressed!!

this place is meh. I like the concept, and happy to have tried it but not likely to go again. so, you get RAW protein that is served on a sizzling git plate that you cook with other ingredients. add you own sauces. maybe a fun concept. you prepare the raw proteins with the same utensils that you eat your final meal with be it raw beef, chicken or pork. seems a little dicey to me🤷🏻♂️. aside from that we had a bit of an issue with the service. in a group of 7 we had one meal not come out for a long time, asked the server and he responded that it was on its way. several minutes later he informed us that the kitchen didn't even have that ordered. all digital QR code menu and ordering and we got confirmations for the order. so this means that the server basically told it was on it way when he actually didn't know that that was true and he didn't bother to check. I absolutely understand why restaurant use QR codes for menus and ordering but I'm not a fan. with that said, it should eliminate the missed or screwed up orders cause it's all digital. at any rate this place failed for us in a few areas so not likely a return visit.
This was an interesting experience. The food quality was excellent. The taste was okay. The shave fit a group of 8 for lunch was a struggle. Overall, it was a good experience but just short of great.

Favorite hot plate place. The curry beef rice with cheese is really good. You can add more seasoning and spice if you'd like. Sometimes there's a wait for a table but they give you your food pretty quick once you've ordered. The fries are good if you eat them right away.
