Very good bbq includes the infamous wolf turds. Large tender chicken quarter with 4 flavors of dipping sauce. Huge brisket salad. Prefer slightly fatty chopped brisket for flavor.. Family friendly.
Once walking into this vast restaurant I found that this restaurant has multitasking servers and cooks running the line of food & drinks. This is one of my most interesting experiences I had in a while… food & drinks are exceptional and balanced for a good traditional Happy Hour. Came in on a Monday for a late work lunch. Ordered the BBQ pork sandwich and bbq baked beans. I am from GA and raised in the south, so always a little skeptical of BBQ in CA. The pork was tender and plentiful on the sandwich. It had a little sauce with it and I did add more of the original sweet sauce from the table. The bun was slightly toasted/warm and over all it was a good sandwich. The beans had nice chunks of meat in it, not sure if it was pork or brisket as they were small...
