梵·创意川湘 Fan Hunan Bistro (Spices!) (辣妹子-鍋鼎 「土匪湘菜」)

I haven't been here for a while. Heard there's a new owner so decided to drop by to try their new menu. The service is still good as the new owner dropped by to check on us. The Chongqing Spicy Chicken and Fragrant Lamb are very tasty authentic. Highly recommend that if you're into spicy deep fried food.

Delicious Chongqing grilled fish in Fremont! The fish was super fresh, crispy on the outside and tender inside, with lots of tasty toppings like enoki mushrooms, lotus root, and tofu skin. The Golden Soup Beef was also amazing—sour and spicy, very appetizing! Portions are generous, service is nice, and the restaurant has a clean, cozy vibe. Great for dinner with friends!

Chef has been changed. Dishes are delicious! Must come back place. Recommend Golden Soup pouched bass, golden soup sliced beef, all rice noodle soups or stir fries. We were all more than full!

We had the Golden Soup Beef, Spicy Lamb, Dry Pot Shredded Cabbage, and Golden Soup Sea Bass. Everything was super flavorful! The lamb was tender with no gamey taste, and the cabbage had that perfect smoky crunch. The sea bass was so fresh (they use live fish!), and the rich bone broth with rice noodles made it even better. If you’re into bold, spicy flavors, definitely check this place out!

Worst place to ever dine in, they all are racist and they didn't even gave us the table when we got in they made us wait for 10mins even though many tables were empty, and they didn't even let us use the restroom before giving us the table, worst experience . Please don't go there, they racist to Indians

The place is nicely decorated. Service is fast. Food is decent.
I just came back from Christmas meal, and service was not that great. They probably did not have enough staff. Food is pretty delicious.

Great fan restaurant, with fine food and floral presentations by artist chefs, both gastronomy and beauty. Recently, we celebrate the first anniversary of the restaurant, there are many activities, welcome to enjoy the food and get gifts

At first the atmosphere feels a little weird, but you get used to it(it ends up being kinda soothing) and find great home style Sichuan food.

Get the 辣子鸡 , great taste and quantity

This Sichuan cuisine is really authentic. It tastes delicious and spicy. I like it very much.
