Baristas and service here are excellent. However the place is crowded and the typical patrons talk very loud, play music, and otherwise make it extremely noisy inside. If you are after a drink or food to take with you, this is a great Starbucks. If you want to work or conduct a phone call, go elsewhere.

I visited this establishment to redeem a free tea, a courtesy offered due to an error with my wife's order the previous day. However, upon presenting the free tea card, I was asked to pay $1.25, as the card did not reflect the full credit. This means that yesterday, not only was the tea incorrect, but the compensatory credit was also insufficient. I paid the difference, understanding that the employee was simply following protocol.

Called in to see if they had a product and Tina went above and beyond to see if they had any in stock. Turns out they had 2 left and she was gracious enough to set them aside until I arrived. The atmosphere was calm and clean.
I said hi to one of the managers (so I think she is) and she looked at me like I said something wrong. ??♀️ I didn't know saying hi was a crime??

NO AVAILABLE POWER OUTLETS. I have been going to this Starbucks to study and work on and off for 3 years and even more so recently. They make great drinks in a timely manner and are almost always courteous. Weirdly, and inexplicably last week they decided to block off all of the power outlets (not just damaged or malfunctioning but completely replace the outlet with a new plugin-less cover). When I inquired, even the workers didn't know why it happened. As a result I can no longer come to this store even though it is the most convenient for me and I had been going there for years. Hopefully this review warns other perspective students and cafe-workers not to come to this store unless you have a power bank. Cheers.
