It was a strange situation. If the store doesn’t want to honor its refill policy, please simply remove the promo stickers on your coffee tables, instead of going against your own statement and making patrons look bad when they make the ask.

I needed a place to handle my business traveling. Perfect site to get it all done. Had the salted carmel cold brew cream with bacon egg bites. Yummy 😋

Baristas and service here are excellent. However the place is crowded and the typical patrons talk very loud, play music, and otherwise make it extremely noisy inside. If you are after a drink or food to take with you, this is a great Starbucks. If you want to work or conduct a phone call, go elsewhere.

I visited this establishment to redeem a free tea, a courtesy offered due to an error with my wife's order the previous day. However, upon presenting the free tea card, I was asked to pay $1.25, as the card did not reflect the full credit. This means that yesterday, not only was the tea incorrect, but the compensatory credit was also insufficient. I paid the difference, understanding that the employee was simply following protocol.
