This place is horrible. They consistently mess up the order and offer little to know help or do so with an attitude. My order was completely wrong this morning, AGAIN, and her solution was to put a hot drink in ice to fix the issue. I do not want warmed milk in ice and it’s a completely different drink. What a waste. Save yourself a trip and money and Don’t go to this location

If I had a choice I would not even rate. I just walked out of this Starbucks. 3 ladies were working and I was waiting for over 10 minutes (check your camera) and no one even bother helping me. Instead they were waiting on something else very bad customer service. Today is 01/27/24 and the time is between 4pm to 412

Usually when I come to this Starbucks it's amazing and my drinks are always made right. This morning I ordered two drinks and both of them were incorrect. One of my drinks I usually order all the time and I get pumpkin cream foam. The cream foam was not blended and instead It was just poured right on top of my drink and my drink was made incorrectly without the amount of espresso shots inside and most of the drink was the pumpkin foam. I returned it and tried to let them make it over, thinking that it will be made the correct way but instead it seemed like the cashier went and just put nutmeg on top of my drink and still gave me the same messed up drink instead of making it over for me. I declined the drink and got my money back and only kept one of my drinks. As I am drinking my second drink it was not made correctly either. It did not taste like coffee at all but instead It tasted like blended up vanilla ice cream, and it had large ice chucks in it. So I just thought that I would just eat the whipped cream on top to get some of my moneys worth out of this drink. As I am digging in the whip cream, I noticed that there is hair in the whip cream, so thank God I did scoop through the whip cream because if I didn't then I would've drunk the hair as well. It is highly unprofessional not everyone knows how to make the same drink every time and they seem to think that it is OK to just give you any type of drink and just send you on your way ESPECIALLY when they know that the drink is wrong. As well on the bottom of my drink, there was black specs and I thought it was maybe from the coffee so it didn't worry me too much. Starbucks you need to do better to always insure that the customer is always happy regardless if the store is busy or not. I used to love coming to this Starbucks, because they always made my drinks the right way and always got the most amazing service. I do not live in this area, but I drive at least 15/20 minutes out of my way to come here because of the great service and the quality of the drinks but today was definitely disappointing!

I ordered online and my drink was ready at the pick up area along with a staff member assisting with the many online orders that were on the counter already . He was friendly and the drink was great!

Ordered three drinks among me and my friends and for my strawberry açaí they forgot the purée i requested, and my friends matcha had cold foam forgotten, and the matcha was clumpy, and my other friend ordered an iced white chocolate mocha to receive a piping hot beverage in 95° weather. One drink might be acceptable, but three in a row is absurd

Ordered Treinta ice tea from app, got vente. Didn't realize till I left. 2nd time same mistake happened. Last time, I asked for an extra cup of ice and was instructed to from the counter. No other Starbucks required me to do this.Always busy.Not coming back here again.

Employees need to learn how to be courteous of their customers. Leaving people at the register waiting to order without acknowledging them for a few minutes is a little rude. Baristas were reading out names for mobile orders but set my drink down without saying a word, expecting customers to just know which one is theirs. Not a bad drink, just strange interactions with not many "people" social skills.
