Poor customer service.
Came in at 6:48 pm (store closes at 8). It took ten minutes to get the coffee. I thought they were brewing a new batch, otherwise it just takes a few seconds to pour it.
When it did come out was cold, not when lukewarm. The guy who took the order and poured the coffee days that apparently that batch had been sitting for an hour (why it took ten minutes to pour is beyond me). The manager said they couldn't brew a new batch because the weren't supposed to brew a new batch in the last hour. They offered me an Americano, which I didn't want.
Well, why did you take my money if you didn't have the coffee to serve? Also why ask for the tip upfront (which I paid) if you cannot provide the service?
Ultimately she (I think the manager) did give me a replacement. Not sure if they brewed a new batch (I came sooner than I expected) or just did some kind of a pour over. I didn't feel as strong as the normal brewed coffee would have.

Today the lady made my dopio coffee too sweet even I told her re-make second time.
She made more sweet I dumped it. Really bad

Jane the barista is really nice and offered the largest drink for my birthday. This is a clean, newer and quiet starbucks. Would visit again.

Good/coffee are good. Atmosphere- not so great (no baby change station installed in both huge ADA bathrooms. I gave them the feedback (their excuse- oh no they don’t have space as they have to make it accessible to everyone) I’m like the folding up baby change station only take up wall space)? Ended up changing the diaper while on the floor (not good feeling as a parent) soap dispenser also don’t work. Maybe go back to low tech- it will solve many problems.
Generally- this place is not family friendly. No high chair, no baby change station installed in huge bathrooms, soap dispenser doesn’t work, and staff’s approach (rude and inconsiderate). All Starbucks needs to improve their accessibility for children and perhaps look at their environment before reprimanding a parent who is doing their best to make do with is being offered. I hope a specific staff read this comment and rethink their approach. Not upset but disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoy my breakfast ( Starbucks r becoming expensive and becoming a special treat to me)

I asked for a Vente coffee, with 3 pumps cinnamon dolce & a splash of oat milk. The barista couldn't figure out how to make my order! I waited and waited. Finally gave up and asked for a refund.
If I go to a coffee shop, AKA Starbuck's, and ask for coffee, it really should not be that hard!
I've never seen a barista not understand a coffee order at a coffee shop. I'm still shaking my head. I will not be back.
Starbucks everywhere is great but this AutoMall location is the worst starbucks you can ever be at! Rude employees, slow service. If you ask for no ice or less ice in a drink they give you a cup with literally half full only!!
This store is close to my house, so I tend to go here, but not anymore. Usually they fill the drink with lots of ice, So this time I asked for light ice in my pink drink …they gave a drink which is 3/4 filled. This is absolutely ridiculous.

When I walk into this local Starbucks store which has over 5 employees, all of them have head phones on all the time. I feel so neglected that with so many employees, not even one is ready to even take my order. Many times there aren’t even any cars in the drive through lane, and employees still keep their headphones over heads just to avoid customers and keep talking to each other (at least it feels that way)
