When I walk into this local Starbucks store which has over 5 employees, all of them have head phones on all the time. I feel so neglected that with so many employees, not even one is ready to even take my order. Many times there aren’t even any cars in the drive through lane, and employees still keep their headphones over heads just to avoid customers and keep talking to each other (at least it feels that way)

Poor workers here are overworked. Constantly making drinks nonstop. I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my drink (mobile order was 10 min later than the expected time)

This Starbucks stands out as the best we've visited in a while. I don’t remember the lady’s name but her exceptional service surpassed expectations on every level. Her professionalism sets a high standard, and other locations could benefit from having her train their staff on customer service. A big thank you for the outstanding experience.

Understaffed. This location has a drive thru but it is randomly closed. I go there specifically for the drive thru and never know if it will be available or not. You’re better than this Starbucks.
