It's embarrassing, how can they serve you half a cup of coffee when you paid for a full one.I was dissatisfied with my drink, I asked for a remake and the barista,manager and cashier refused to remake it because “that’s how they were trained to make the drink” i thought the starbucks policy is that if you’re dissatisfied with your drink, you can ask for a remake with no issues. employees really need some training and attention. And the worst thing of all is that none of the three baristas offered me any solution, or a refund. I wouldn't leave any stars if I could

The location is wrong. If you follow the google maps, look on the other side of the road to locate this place. It’s in the frontof Home depot.Overall the service is very similar to other Starbucks locations.

i thought i was the only one with an issue with this store boy was I wrong.would always order my venti white mocha with no ice and it would always be an issue. “ next time order a grande” next time upgrade the starbucks app to be able to pay for extra milk how about that? and to the girl that said “ customers be trying to scam” with the no ice option nobody likes watery strong coffee once again.

This location is right next to home depot and it's right across from its previous location. It's newer and nice inside. Came by and ordered 3 drinks. 2 were made correctly but mine was incorrectly made (not once but twice). I ordered their chestnut praline latte iced and the first time it tasted like white chocolate mocha. Went back and it tasted like burnt coffee beans and again no chestnut praline flavor at all. I gave up as to not waste more time. The barista needs to figure out how to make the drink correctly or be retrained. This location is one I will not be revisiting in Fremont.

I only come to this Starbucks because it's on the way to my school. It's rare that I've had a good experience here. The early morning staff are very rude. I placed a mobile order today and it said 4-7 minutes. I went through the drive through after a few minutes and was told "you just placed your order, you need to give us time to make the drink." I work in the customer service industry and this is not the proper response. She didn't say anything else so I was not sure what to do next. I just sat in the parking lot to allow them a few more minutes to make my drink. (Over 10 min) Mind you, there was absolutely no one in the drive through. ‍

This is for the guy working on October 26, 2023, working at 7:30 am shift. You are very rude and not helpful to customers or your colleagues. I have always been patient with this location and friendly since they opened. Had new staff and were short staffed. I never complained, but I started out my morning by being upset.

If you have all the time in the world this is the right Starbucks for you... took about 25 minutes to get out order. This is not the first time they have token long. It's a new location and a nice Starbucks. But the service is way to slow.

The new remodel is beautiful, but the workers ... very rude. They 100% show in their face and their attitude that they do not want to be there. Very sad. Also, there needs to be more emphasis on bar training. Being an ex-Starbucks barista of 3 years, there should never be a reason why they are not beverage sequencing. Only having 2 people on bar during the rush? Where is the manager and where is the staff? The manager should either hire more employees, borrow employees from other stores, or be present to help out during the midweek morning rushes.

New location is nice but they can't handle a slight rush. Over 40 minutes to fill an order! If I had some warning I could have driven to another location! You can't run a business like this.
