My husband and I visited Starbucks on Saturday morning (on 10/5 at 10:20am) and ordered an Iced Americano. To my surprise, the barista (Grace) made the drink by pouring hot espresso directly into a plastic cup. I kindly asked her to redo it by adding ice first and pouring the espresso separately. However, she responded with a very unpleasant expression and remade the drink without a word of apology or nothing say. Instead of properly fixing it, she simply added a little water to the plastic cup and poured the hot espresso directly again, clearly showing her annoyance. The entire experience was quite uncomfortable. And this is safety issue and her attitude was really horrible

The drink was without ice. And they were wrong, then they gave me half the glass, terrible service and the worst thing was I didn't want it and they didn't refund me in cash, half a giftcard, horrible, I won't be coming back

Coming back from a meeting in San Jose, this was a good pit stop for coffee on my way home, back to Oakland. I bought a big cup to put in my cup holder and sipped on my drive home. Good stuff.

I'm surprised by the bad comments:( I often frequent this location during the weekday mornings, and the staff is always so kind. It does get quite busy on the weekends, but it's to be expected when the teenagers are there constantly ordering frap's. The only major bummer is that there is not a sitting area.

The employees at this location are RUDE.I needed a sugar boost on a Saturday morning so I ordered a double chocolate chip frap with extra whip. The cashier seemed new so she didn’t quite get my order, which was okay with me. She turned around and asked her supervisor/manager about my request. That lady walked over to cashier; the cashier asked whether we do this and she’s like no but just charge her extra for this. The entire time, she made ZERO EYE CONTACT with me. She charged me 60 cents extra which I was willing to pay for but the tone, attitude and customer service was so so sooooo terrible.I ordered the same exact drink at another location just last week, NO upcharge. I have been ordering this drink with extra whip so many times and I was never charged extra for it. I am very upset that people who work here are rude and far from being professional.
