I'm surprised by the bad comments:( I often frequent this location during the weekday mornings, and the staff is always so kind. It does get quite busy on the weekends, but it's to be expected when the teenagers are there constantly ordering frap's. The only major bummer is that there is not a sitting area.
Because it is opened in a casino, the business is booming, the staff is short, and there are long queues. It is noisy and the air is not good. Compared with Starbucks in Taipei, it has no atmosphere and is unbeatably expensive.
