Just don’t go to Starbucks anymore. $3 promo? It’s a lie, it’s not a $3 drink, it’s $3 off the price of a drink. Add ons you paid extra for? Forget it they don’t do it anyway. So you get an overpriced drink and getting none of the bells and whistles you paid for.

I understand places get busy. I ordered first and the group I was in all got their drinks before me. Then I had to get put to the back of orders. It took about an hour to get Tea. Our group has been coming to this Starbucks for a few years on our way to the football games(NFL and college) .

I came in here after my class while I waited for traffic to die down. I had no idea what I wanted to order but as I was looking at the menu thinking out loud, all three of the baristas were trying to help me figure out what I was in the mood for! They provided suggestions and explained some of the new menu items I was interested in. I ended up staying and working here for the next hour, allowing me to chat with some of the workers who were super sweet to the customers and attentive to the store. Sometimes you’ll run into a pretty untidy cafe, especially when busy. Not this one! This will definitely be one of my regular study spots. Thank you Abigail, Zahraa, and Tierney!

I love visiting this Starbucks location. The store is clean and cozy, and open till 9pm! Their New Pecan Oatmilk Cortado tastes amazing though a bit sweet to me — I ordered it during my last visit. The manager (Abigail) noticed I didn't drink a lot and came to ask why. Then she told me that I can adjust the sweetness next time (they offered 3 levels of sweetness and the default is level3 :-). Both Abigail and Zahraa were so attentive and friendly, and they made my visit feel welcoming. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the store there.

ive been a regular at this starbucks for about a year now, and every single person ive met behind the counter is super friendly and sweet! even when it's super busy everyone is cheerful and the drinks are always super good. zahraa, abigail, and daisy are really cool!
