Very bad customer service. I was told by barista when wanting an inch of nonfat milk, which was not available at the condiment bar, on my coffee (part of a $12 order) that for this amount of milk she would need to charge me extra.
I have been a twice-a-day customer for 10+ years and this is the first I'd heard of this.
I welcome the store or district manager for this location to get in touch with me.
Very friendly staff. I know I will visit again.
