Fast service with well prepared food and drinks. Friendly baristas. The hard floors and walls reflect sound, so it is pretty noise when busy

Ordered a Peppermint white chocolate mocha, and it's absolutely amazing. That isn't the issue here though, the main issue I seen was this ginger hair asian girl with curls was just standing there at the pick up counter blocking her co-workers from putting peoples orders down while her boyfriend was standing in the way of the costumers trying to get their drinks. They were chatting it up for 20mins there and the girl was completely ignoring the fact that she was blocking the baristas from putting drinks down. It seems like she does this often. Her co-workers looked annoyed with her being in the way. Go on your break if you want to yap to your significant other, dont be in the way of your co-workers when they're just trying to do their work.

I ordered a Mocha for the first time, and it was a disaster. It happened three or four times already. They literally gave me just boiled milk, with no taste of mocha shots or syrup. I wasted my money.

I have loved and enjoyed Starbucks coffee, baristas and ambience for Years! I'm very disappointed in the union busting tactics and activities of Mr. Schultz? -- I think that's his name, but, until there is an organized and effective boycott, I'm still loving the coffee.
Very disappointed I ordered the jalapeño chicken and was told that there was no tomato. I read ingredients online and tomato was in their list of ingredients. I’m allergic to tomatoes so I had to replace it with the impossible sandwich but unfortunately the bread was stale and I couldn’t eat it. I wasted my money. For a long time this was my favorite Starbucks and Nathan is a great supervisor but when I was leaving with my drink and sandwich I heard a new girl call me weird. I didn’t like that experience.

Came here to wait for a friend. Apparently I can’t wait inside without buying something and I cannot purchase a water - I have to purchase something else to get a water. I have never seen this before in my 10+ years of going to Starbucks. Definitely would not be coming back here again. Hands down the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Fast and friendly service as usual. Ordered a pumpkin loaf and got it warmed and in my hands in less than 3 minutes. Amazing in my book. How they service pedestrian traffic AND and a Kaiser Perm Hospital across the street with just 3 workers is highly commendable. They all deserve raises, imo.
