I ordered two things a venti mocha and a blueberry muffin. Those two were fine. My issue with this location was the customer service. The 2 employees one blonde and one a taller darker man were very unwelcoming. I get that its very early in the morning so I dont expect a very energetic response but man was there no effort to even hide the annoyed expression. Then meanwhile I wait for my coffee I got up to ask for the pin for the restroom when the taller man cuts me off then in an annoyed yet somehow condescending tone says the code followed with “alright pal”. Maybe this is a one time thing since the other times ive came they have been pretty great so ill treat this as a one off.

I'm 66 yes old. I stopped by on Saturday. When I approached the counter I was ignored at first, so I said, excuse me can I have the code to the bathroom please. The short blonde girl, ask me if I was going to buy something, because the restrooms were for customers only. I said, possibly, do I need to buy something first, before you give me the code? Then she proceeded to lecture me some more, before I repeated my question. Then she mumbled the code to me, so I ahead to ask her to repeat it. After I came out from the bathroom, I thanked the girl, who again ignored me.

Horrible service. Four girls working no one carded about me. Took 15 minutes to order with no one in front of me! Constant eye contact from all four girls NO acknowledgment. When I finally asked for help I was told “I’m not on register” and an eye roll and looked away. Then it took TWENTY minutes to get my drinks again no one in front of me. Four girls just talking. Then when I got two drinks they were both WRONG

The hosts and staff members; Jaiveen and Meghan were kind with their incredible hospitality, warm welcome and Fabulous customer service.
I have been a regular at Starbucks cafes, but this one definitely stands out, because of the amazing work done the staff members.
I recommend this place 100%.

Plus, the drinks are made with pure passion.

I asked for light ice in my iced coffee, but they gave me the usual amount. I don’t like my drinks watered down, especially when they’re so expensive. I only tried this Starbucks because it’s close to the laundromat I was using. Or a Ly won’t be back unless it’s convenient.

Exceptional thanks to matt and isabelle. Very kind and friendly customer service. Offered me a water and was very sweet. I sat there for a few hours and i could tell they are busy and hardworking, and put their customers satisfaction as high priority. Chill music as well. I've spent approximately $80 a week on coffee at this location. Never had any problems until i heard hurtfully rumors that had nothing to do with me. So of course I will never visit this location again.P.S. BUT THE STORE MANAGER IS A VERY STAND UP PERSON, AND I APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT Dray GOD BLESS YOU
