This Starbucks is literally the worst every time I come here… we all have our Starbucks we favor with good reasons and I only come to this location when the other is closed. Staff is rude, not helpful, doesn’t greet you when you come in… I always mobile order and it gives me a time and my drink always comes out 10 minutes after that time and 90% of the time my drink is not made correctly and when you tell the barista they get mad… this location needs major improvement… I told myself I wouldn’t write a review but it’s annoying and this happens all the time. It’s ridiculous.Go to another Starbucks if you can

The MOST unfriendly customer service I’ve experienced and unfortunately have had to encounter. Don’t greet you, or even as much talk to you, or call your order out. I wish they wore name badges so I could call them out, but that’s exactly why they don’t wear them I guess.

I went out my way to come all the way to this Starbucks because it says they close at 9PM. I get here and try opening the door at 8:20PM and all there doors are locked. There was 3 employees working all 3 females but they tried to say they were closed. It's really upsetting when they put they close at a certain time and I drive all the way here going opposite direction I was heading to just to get here and they close early. More than 40 minutes early ! It's crazy. Now I have to drive to work without being able to get my coffee because I decided to go to this location thinking they were going to close the time that they're supposed to.
On door dash they don’t have the strawberry cold foam option I usually add the vanilla cold foam and call the store and ask if they would do strawberry instead since it isn’t on DoorDash has never been a issue for years of my Starbucks order but today a supervisor wouldn’t do it for me for the first time

For years I ordered on DoorDash they don't have the strawberry cold foam option so I do Vanilla Cold foam and call the store and ask for the strawberry since the option isn't on door dash for YEARS Today was the first day the supervisor said they couldn't do that ??? Very weird .

The staff is great, but this is a challenging place to sit and work. The room echoes and the chairs are exceptionally loud against the floor.

I've ordered drinks many times here while working remotely. The quality of drinks has been great, and I like the space as it looks cool, and has some seating. One thing I don't like are the teenage workers' comments here. One time, as I was ordering, one of the teenage girls at the other end was talking with a customer and I overheard one of them say "dumb slut". Today, I overheard one of the teenage girls say "slut" as I was walking in. As I was ordering today, I heard one of them say "something's wrong with her". I the cashier what the other girls were talking about. Then as I was sitting at a table working, I overheard one of the girls say I was a bitch, and then other comments throughout my time. It would be nice if an adult manager could manage the immature behavior.
