The slowest drive thru! Ended up sitting in line for 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me..

Ordered a venti hazelnut oat milk espresso through the drive through and found my drink was all ice. It only lasted me a few minutes.

Short staffed
they let me make my own drinks before behind the counter
I was sitting there and was checking on the menu. One of the staff approached me and telling me straight on the face if I dont want to order i can leave.
I was really disappointed with the unprofessional behavior. The staff were rude and unprofessional, making the experience uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training.
Consistent with making great drinks, never had a bad experience, and Aubrie has a great smile with each interaction.

I highly recommend this location compare to Fremont / Mowry location. Best customer experience & employees pay attention to detail for every order. My daily morning coffee order is 7.50 and same for afternoon. If I’m spending $15 per day I expect my order/coffee to be how I like it. Thank you
