If you're not selling cups, just hide them. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes, and that restocking guy wouldn't let me see the cups he was restocking. Then he knew I needed to buy cups, so he covered the box lid to block my view. Terrible service. I'm never coming back, and I'll tell my friends about this too.

I don't come to the Starbucks as much as I do the others in town but when I do I have no complaints, the staff is always friendly and my coffee is always delicious 😋 I ordered the Americano and the Spinach feta wrap. I like how they label their different teas and coffees.

First time at this Starbucks and the experience wasn’t great. I asked for 3 tea bags and was charged for them, but I only received 2 ... and one of those two was broken. When I first sipped my Medicine Ball, the spices and loose tea leaves were clogging the lid’s sipping hole. There is absolutely no way the person making the drink could have missed that.
I’m sure they noticed and just handed it off anyway. When I got to my car, I realized the taste was off, checked the drink, and confirmed that the tea bag had popped open inside. Definitely disappointing for a first visit. This is what i get for cheating on my home starbucks!

Been here a few times, i usually stop on my way out to the valley, ordered a white mocha and muffin, stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for my order watching people come in and order their drinks and leave. I finally had enougha nd went to the cashier to cancel my order as i needed to be out of there. Only to get told my drink had been sitting there this whole time, nobody said anything about it being done and made, heard other names and drinks called but never mine. Went to grab my drink then asked for my muffin, but they had to verify that i actually ordered one in there system. By this point i was already late, and i no longer even wanted the coffee so i just left it on the counter and walked out. Not the first time this particular starbucks has fumbled my order. You're better off waiting for the Paris Baguette shop next door to open, or going to the pink pantherz behind the starbucks.
