Been here a few times, i usually stop on my way out to the valley, ordered a white mocha and muffin, stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for my order watching people come in and order their drinks and leave. I finally had enougha nd went to the cashier to cancel my order as i needed to be out of there. Only to get told my drink had been sitting there this whole time, nobody said anything about it being done and made, heard other names and drinks called but never mine. Went to grab my drink then asked for my muffin, but they had to verify that i actually ordered one in there system. By this point i was already late, and i no longer even wanted the coffee so i just left it on the counter and walked out. Not the first time this particular starbucks has fumbled my order. You're better off waiting for the Paris Baguette shop next door to open, or going to the pink pantherz behind the starbucks.

Friendliest staff and this is the only Starbucks that I've seen that gives sample drinks I've never tasted one but I love that I could if I wanted to try it today it was a pistachio something looked yummy. Plus they greet you by your name which sounds weird but now I like

I was from out of the area and the employees made me feel right at home! I enjoyed very much every day of my 5 day visit to Fremont CA and they were Quick!The manager and the Starbucks company should applaud the store.You Starbucks Coffee LOVERS if you want Great *Friendly *Service Go to Santa Teresa off Mission Blvd!

Staff is really nice, great place. Only problem is that two times now, they've made my drink wrong :( I get an apple crisp *creme* frap and they always give me the regular one which isn't as sweet :( I understand that they're rushing to finish drinks but pls check the labels better ?

I personally come to Starbucks almost every week. The staff are incredibly nice and great. Today, I ordered a Soy Bean Latte and I didn’t mean to get it hot. The employees were generous and gave me a free cold Soy Bean Latte. I love these people.
