Its a regular subway. Service is slightly better.

Worst place ever. It never works.

If I could do a negative number I would. Customer service was terrible, they don't honor SUBWAY coupons, every other shop I've been to has. Seems like a rogue shop and a misrepresentation of the SUBWAY brand. Sandwich was looked like it was put together by a toddler. I would've argued and had a new one made but I was in a hurry. I will never go back to this place again, it's unfortunate because it's a really nice area and across from a college.

(btw I have never posted a review) I’ve been to this place 3 times, and this time it was bad. Last time that I went I asked for my sandwich to go and without even asking me if I wanted a bag to go (which I always, if it’s an option, say no to bag because trying to help the environment somehow) he charged me for the bag. Every place that I’ve gone, if they charge for a bag, they will ask if you want a bag and if you do it’s 10 cents. He just didn’t. This time I noticed that he was working both register and making sandwiches and I noticed, that yes, he does use different gloves for each sandwich, but he doesn’t wash his hands in between register and making food. Then when it came to charging me, I told him I wanted it to go and that I didn’t want a bag. My total didn’t come out to 7.99, it came to be 8.77, and then I saw the receipt and he charged me tax for EAT IN. So I asked him why, and he said it was because my sandwich was warmed up???? I’m sorry but nowhere does it say that just because you want it warmed up they’ll tax you. I work at a coffee shop and we only tax if you EAT IN, because it’s the law. In the end, he got defensive, and I’ll never be back again. I honestly just asked because last time he didn’t charge me tax just because it was a hot sandwich, and I always get a hot sandwich, he just charged me for the bag I didn’t even need. Also, I’m pretty sure he’s the owner, so that says a lot.

It really isn't about the food. You can't expect subway to provide quality extravagant sandwich. My review is for the service. I come in weekly for lunch because it is the only quick restaurant close to my work. I'm assuming the older man that makes the sandwich is the owner. The moment I walk in he ask if I am ready to order. I told just a few minutes, still deciding. He would ask again if I'm ready few seconds later. Same with making the sandwich. He rushes you and you don't have time to even think. Even though I'm the only one there. I've gone so in so many times, and never got a chance to even ask what type of cheese or what sauce goes well with the sandwich.

This is the worst subway you can go to. The guy there is rude and doesn't make the sandwiches properly. He put my sandwich in the overnight closed the door and then opened it 5 seconds later without pushing any buttons pretending like it was heated. Poor attitude and lazy work ethic

I rarely write reviews but this Subway is a joke. First off, there is an older man, who I assume is the owner, who is always so rude. Once I witnessed him full on shouting at another college student because he wanted to use the restroom. He began yelling at him from behind the counter, saying that he can go to starbucks. I've personally had so many issues with this location but since I'm not left with many choices near ohlone, I'm forced to resort to there. Just ordered a foot long where the afore-mentioned man proceeded to put about 5 pieces of each topping on my sandwhich and a stripe of sauce. I don't understand why they are so stingy with their toppings?? To go along with all of this was a surly attitude and zero sense of welcoming. Like I said, a joke of an establishment. Can't believe I spent $10.

Not that great value for what I got, could have added more meat/cheese filling.

I stopped in several times while visiting in the neighborhood and tried to be friendly with the man (who obviously owns the place) but not only doesn't he ever smile but he decided to verbally insult me besides. Personally, I always try to help businesses by giving positive reviews, but I really disliked this particular character. Not only was he disdainful towards me but he doesn't make a very good sandwich either.

A REVIEW FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE: I was employed by the owner and everything was going fine until one day I had to call the police on a man who wouldn't leave me alone. I am a short, yet muscular young woman however he had me closing alone & I was scared given how unsafe women are in this world. I was by myself when this man came and when I called the police. I was completely shaken up and sobbing, yet the owner still made me close ALONE. He never came to check on me or the situation. The next day I quit and he has been withholding my final check since (it has been 4 days since I quit). I have texted him multiple times explaining California Law and that he must give me my check 72 hours after I quit, but he blocked my number. DO NOT WORK HERE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. He also owns the location at the Pleasanton Mall, so if you want good service, don't go there either.

Owned by one of the friendliest person I have ever come across. It's a pleasure going to this outlet in Fremont. I have made it a point to eat there whenever I am in the vicinity just for the sheer pleasure of seeing this smiling man dish out sandwiches and his welcoming behavior.

Worst experience ever! Went there and asked them for 18 orders of sub (we prepared those subs for an event). We told two staff that we wanted 9 orders of cold cut and 9 orders of ham, both kinds were 6-in. Easy to understand, right? First, the male staff made me a sub with meatball, I pointed out that was not what I ordered, then he said he made that because he couldn't understand me. WTF? If you didn't understand the order, shouldn't you double check with me instead of making a wrong one? He seemed a little bit mad at me because he thought I am the reason that made him waste a sub. Then, after he finally chose the right meat, he made only 1 sub of each kind. I told him I wanted 9 orders of each (this was my third time saying that). Until now, the experience was just a little frustrating. For the next 25 minutes, two staff only made 9 subs (I ordered 18), while there were only 2 new customers coming in. My co-worker and I needed to go back to the event site first, so we asked them if we can come back later since it's not ready yet. They asked us to pay first, which was totally fine. We paid. Ten minutes later, I went back there, I haven't said anything to him yet, he said, "You need to wait. Because we got new customers now." Am I not the customer and didn't I pay? He changed his attitude completely after we paid, so I asked him how long it's gonna take, he said 10 minutes. I went outside and made a phone call, when I saw him put two bags behind the counter, I hung up within 2 minutes, and I went in. He was talking on the phone with his dad? When he saw me, he started yelling at me and asking me why I took so long and why am I being so mean to him. I was like...WHAT?!!!! Whenever I wanted to say something, he cut me off with his yelling voice. As I was leaving with the food, he yelled "NO REFUND!"
