If I can give zero stars I would. They hiked up the prices on Uber/Door Dash apps even for pick up. The area is dirty and gross. What a scam

Went here twice and after the first time I was already weirded out. The second time they gave me a completely unedible sandwich. Poor customer service, poor food quality and just gross.

It is inside a gas station convenience store, was very convenient for us. Fresh ingredients always better food compared to nearby walmart subway. We stopped going there because they stopped taking subway deals.

Pathetic service. The woman took 5 minutes to rouse herself at 9.45pm and refused to complete our order and stopped midway at 9.55 (as per their clock) saying she is out of time. For a takeout. Will never go there again.

Horrible place. The customer service is atrocious, they didn't even complete taking our order before making us leave, even though the store hadn't closed yet. The worker didn't let us even complain and refused to give her name so we could talk to the manager. Do not come to this place, you will be insulted and leave in a bad mood.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service…. We come in 10 minutes before closing looking for 3 subs for 3 young kids. She wastes 2 minutes coming out of the back, before aggressively asserting that we were late. After showing her the time, we proceeded to order our subs. Two subs in, she starts billing. This, at 9:57. It definitely does not take 3 minutes to simply swipe a card, and stopping service early when it means keeping a 9 year old hungry is simply disgusting. Even after asking nicely multiple times, with a little girl crying behind us, she blatantly refuses to serve us. Soon refusing to even talk to us, just recommending we talk to her manager, who coincidentally does not pick up the phone. Spending an extra minute to make a small sub would have earned her a tip, yet she chooses to escalate things and make a little girl cry. Horrible customer service, I do not recommend anyone wastes their time here.

Disgusting service. She didn't even bother finishing our order before kicking us out 5 minutes before closing. She made my little girl cry, while still satisfying our other orders. We came in as a party, left with less subs than people to feed. Avoid this joint at all costs; it is not worth your time. Deplorable behavior and disappointing experience.

Truly disappointed with the customer service. I found the employee to be rude and disrespectful. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is evident. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

They have a drive through!!! The quality of the vegetables has gone down a bit from a few years ago. The lettuce, tomatos and cucumber are not very fresh. Its still relatively healthier than other fast food. I still like it.
