Using coupons! So I get in and first ask if I could use coupons and they said yes. I noticed the lady who was helping new employees swiftly used “stale” breads. I noticed right away but didn’t say anything. I had 3 footlong sandwiches. The one making my sandwich was new employee, doing it a bit slow. I don’t mind it taking longer, we all are new and we all at some point are learning. However on my last sandwich I just requested tomatoes on half sandwich to which the lady (who gave stale bread) annoyingly said we can’t do two separate sandwiches! Well, I was saving them some salad but she started saying it holds up line… really?? There was just one person behind me. And the real thing came out of her mouth “you know it’s just this subway who takes coupons!” Lady, were you annoyed because I was using coupon? If you take it you take it or you don’t. Also, don’t put the onus on customers for holding up line! I have visited Broadway subways which have 10 times higher rush than this and they still change their gloves without putting the onus on customers for being vegetarian and holding up lines!! Geez! Get some customer service trainings.

I went in to get 2 ft long sandwiches and the gentleman was told three or four times what to do and he got both sandwiches completely wrong. I drove over 5 miles to pick them up. I didn't want to drive all the way back to get them corrected.

Grabbed a footlong sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! The service was quick, the ingredients were fresh, and there was no wait. Parking's out back, shared with other spots in the building.

Subway is fine, but the food quality is not always as best. Sandwiches are typically averaged and when I asked them to toast it, it wasn’t toasted it enough. The service is below average. It seems like the employee who made the sandwich is new at the job.The only thing that quite stands out is the ambiance though it is small. I would say that this place is good if people are in a hurry to eat, but not really if you are looking for good quality food.

I the last 9 months I have gone to this location 5 times. Each time they were only accepting cash. Any card payment could not be processed. I understand this happens from time to time. I understand the first three visits. Fourth and fifth visit were sketchy to say the least. You were told upon arrival only cash payments accepted but when ypu go to pay no change can be made. My total is $10.21I'm not giving you almost $10 or my hard earned money for a sandwich. So I was reluctant to pay without receiving my change and staff Mandeep said "We are a business and I should be understanding of no card payments and no change made for ANY ORDER!" I was taken back. My business will go else where. This location is on the dirtier side and rude staff. With all things that happened it's safe to say I won't be giving ANY SUBWAY my business.
