They actually made me wait in line even though I was ahead of five other people—just because I used coupons. Absolutely unacceptable. As a paying customer, that’s one of the rudest and most humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. No one should be treated this way for simply using a coupon.

I always enjoy coming to this Subway location! The staff are friendly and prepare the sandwiches just the way I like them. Everything is fresh, from the bread to the veggies, and the place is always clean and welcoming. It’s a quick, healthy, and tasty option whenever I’m on the go.

I went to this horrific subway today at 8:20 pm and they were close when it clearly say that they should be open until 9pm the lights were still on and the door was locked and the open sign was off

If you’ve ever wanted to feel like a third-class citizen while ordering a sandwich, congratulations—you’ve found your spot.

The staff (especially the ladies behind the counter) were so impressively rude, I’m convinced they trained at the International School of Hostility. Every word I spoke seemed to physically pain them. Eye rolls, sighs, and that “how dare you exist” attitude—truly top-tier disdain.

I didn’t order a sandwich—I ordered a full-blown ego demolition with a side of cold indifference.

Avoid this place unless you're nostalgic for middle school cafeteria trauma. Subway, you’ve outdone yourself.

Using coupons! So I get in and first ask if I could use coupons and they said yes. I noticed the lady who was helping new employees swiftly used “stale” breads. I noticed right away but didn’t say anything. I had 3 footlong sandwiches. The one making my sandwich was new employee, doing it a bit slow. I don’t mind it taking longer, we all are new and we all at some point are learning. However on my last sandwich I just requested tomatoes on half sandwich to which the lady (who gave stale bread) annoyingly said we can’t do two separate sandwiches! Well, I was saving them some salad but she started saying it holds up line… really?? There was just one person behind me. And the real thing came out of her mouth “you know it’s just this subway who takes coupons!” Lady, were you annoyed because I was using coupon? If you take it you take it or you don’t. Also, don’t put the onus on customers for holding up line! I have visited Broadway subways which have 10 times higher rush than this and they still change their gloves without putting the onus on customers for being vegetarian and holding up lines!! Geez! Get some customer service trainings.

I went in to get 2 ft long sandwiches and the gentleman was told three or four times what to do and he got both sandwiches completely wrong. I drove over 5 miles to pick them up. I didn't want to drive all the way back to get them corrected.
