I the last 9 months I have gone to this location 5 times. Each time they were only accepting cash. Any card payment could not be processed. I understand this happens from time to time. I understand the first three visits. Fourth and fifth visit were sketchy to say the least. You were told upon arrival only cash payments accepted but when ypu go to pay no change can be made. My total is $10.21I'm not giving you almost $10 or my hard earned money for a sandwich. So I was reluctant to pay without receiving my change and staff Mandeep said "We are a business and I should be understanding of no card payments and no change made for ANY ORDER!" I was taken back. My business will go else where. This location is on the dirtier side and rude staff. With all things that happened it's safe to say I won't be giving ANY SUBWAY my business.

This subway hardly take any promotions from the Subway app itself. Work right down the street from it and always gotta skip it for lunch after going on the app to find out its not a participating location. Whats the point of being a franchise if you're not gonna participate in the rewards/deals that the corporation is offering through the app itself?

I ordered through Grub Hub today. My order was 1 and 1/2 hours late. Dry sandwich, no mayo, mustard or anything, bell peppers and onions galore. The last time I ordred a veggie delite I have Cheese, olives, tomatoes and peppers. This one was lettuce, peppers and onions and nothing else. I called Subway about my order being late and they said no one came to pick it up from Grubhub. I asked if they could call them abou that and they said I have to do that. Well you are contracted with them, so bad service from Grub hub reflects Subway too. Subway lost a customer today.

Had a very bad experience here. We reached at 9PM and after collecting our sandwich, we were ready to sit but the guy at the counter stopped us to dine in saying dine in closes at 8PM. We were shocked because this subway closes at 10 PM and no where it was mentioned that dine-in closes at 8PM. Most probably it was just the guy at the counter who did not want to clean tables before closing the store at night. He simply lied to us. I regret giving tip also. Would never go there again. Hope subway management read this and take action.
