My WORST Subway experience and sandwich ever. I went in to get a Footlong Veggie Delight and would expect atleast to have some decent amount of veggies. Initially they added 4 olives, 4 spinach leaves. Later I asked for extra dressing on side and they said they have been told not to by their owner. I was even ready to pay for it but still they said no.
Please AVOID going to this location.

This is the second time the staff has padded the cost or my order. I won’t go here again. Today they charged me for a large soda when I got a medium and for avocado on a ft long when it was only half. A total of over $2 more than it should have been. I guess it adds up one customer at a time. Last visit I ordered a simple 6” regular sandwich very clear on what I wanted - instead she purposefully doubled the cheese and meat and charged me for a specialty sandwich instead. Check your receipt when buying here.
Great experience at Subway! The store was very clean, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, and my sandwich was fresh and perfectly made. Highly recommend!

Staff needs to be a whole lot quicker & keep the location open till closing time. Staff appears lethargic & they mutter to one another in Farsi, saying God knows what. I see that the location is open on my phone until 10 pm & and unfortunately, by 8:30pm, it is under lock & key. Very disappointing.

Food is fine, place is fine, employees are just fine. All around just a normal Subway. Employees do have a mild language barrier, but it's very much manageable. In my experience, their patience is pretty good and they're really just focused on doing their job.

Subway coupons in the mail, so we decided to use them. The Subway on Jarvis in Newark REFUSED to take our coupons because they said they already had A LOT of coupons that came in for the day. I've never heard of that before. This was the 3rd time they refused to take our coupons different times after coupons were mailed to us from Subway. Nothing was wrong with the coupons they wanted us to pay the full price. We drove to another subway a few blocks away and they Honored our coupons which were 3 foot long Subways for $19.99 we'll never go to that Subway ever in life! Worse customer service!

This is my 4th visit to this Subway restaurant. I don't have any issue with my previous visits to this site. However after what I've experienced from this visit, I won't go back anymore. Two days ago, I purchased 3 sandwiches via the app. I first noticed the Titan Turkey sandwich is missing the spinach I requested. It is just a minor thing human error happens sometimes. I don't pay much attention to it. When my son opened the Subway Club sandwich, it has only turkey and ham, the roast beef is missing. It is very unusual. I was then opened the third sandwich, cheesy garlic steak. There's no Monterey cheddar cheese in it. I was using a promotional coupon for the sandwiches, but it doesn't mean that you give me less because I am not paying full price for the sandwiches. I don't do business with dishonest merchant. PS: I contacted Subway on the same day regarding the discrepancy. So far no one has followed up with me.

The store looks very old and the service is not good.I have been to this place once, when I entered I found there was no staff there.After a couple of mins, a lady came out and I didn't like the service I got.Never visited this place again.
