Staff needs to be a whole lot quicker & keep the location open till closing time. Staff appears lethargic & they mutter to one another in Farsi, saying God knows what. I see that the location is open on my phone until 10 pm & and unfortunately, by 8:30pm, it is under lock & key. Very disappointing.

Food is fine, place is fine, employees are just fine. All around just a normal Subway. Employees do have a mild language barrier, but it's very much manageable. In my experience, their patience is pretty good and they're really just focused on doing their job. also a lot of trash in the bushes.

Subway coupons in the mail, so we decided to use them. The Subway on Jarvis in Newark REFUSED to take our coupons because they said they already had A LOT of coupons that came in for the day. I've never heard of that before. This was the 3rd time they refused to take our coupons different times after coupons were mailed to us from Subway. Nothing was wrong with the coupons they wanted us to pay the full price. We drove to another subway a few blocks away and they Honored our coupons which were 3 foot long Subways for $19.99 we'll never go to that Subway ever in life! Worse customer service!

This is my 4th visit to this Subway restaurant. I don't have any issue with my previous visits to this site. However after what I've experienced from this visit, I won't go back anymore. Two days ago, I purchased 3 sandwiches via the app. I first noticed the Titan Turkey sandwich is missing the spinach I requested. It is just a minor thing human error happens sometimes. I don't pay much attention to it. When my son opened the Subway Club sandwich, it has only turkey and ham, the roast beef is missing. It is very unusual. I was then opened the third sandwich, cheesy garlic steak. There's no Monterey cheddar cheese in it. I was using a promotional coupon for the sandwiches, but it doesn't mean that you give me less because I am not paying full price for the sandwiches. I don't do business with dishonest merchant. Goodbye and good luck.
PS: I contacted Subway on the same day regarding the discrepancy. So far no one has followed up with me.

Giving this Subway location a 5-star rating despite food that is only so-so, service that's good but not outstanding, and being a food establishment with no atmosphere. Nobody goes to Subway for awesome sub sandwiches. Subway made its name for serving very low-end, reasonably low-prices faire. This location delivers on all those expectations. So, if you like Subway food, then there is no reason to avoid this location.
