Very clean establishment. Ordered taro lover that's not bad and will be trying more on the menu.

Today was a very bad ordering experience. I made a reservation to pick up the food at 5:20 PM, but they finished it early at 5:00 PM without doing any ice and heat preservation. As a result, all my meals were de-iced and warm, and the texture and taste were gone. All spoiled.

Food and drink alway good, especially their popcorn chicken. I'm not sure if they are allowed to put more sitting inside, but this place needs more tables and chairs so costumer can sit and enjoy their food and drinks.

its pretty much self service since you order at a digital kiosk so sevice is non- existent . got the mango blaze...don't recommend. probably no fault of their's...looked like a mango berry slushy but the red is savory/salty...yuck. if the description isn't available than it is their fault. didn't read the description but assuming it would have said what it is. the watermelon float was great.??‍♂️

My kids and I love grabbing a boba drink. Even though each place is different and doesn't merit a complaint, this Green Bubble had a bunch of flies in the lobby and then I found a bug in my drink. Ewe. I don't recommend this place.

Placed an order accidentally at this location. Tried calling them multiple times as soon as it happened to cancel but they wouldn't pick up. A little frustrated that I was charged for it when it wasnt my fault that they weren't picking up.

Bought a cup of Vietnamese coffee with salt cream, I am surprised that it tastes like tap water plus half&half. (I chose 100% sweetness and didn’t customize btw) This is the worst cup of beverage I’ve gotten in recent years.

I got the jasmine milk tea with boba. The milk tea was serviceable but the boba was horrible. Overall, I think I'd rather drink boba from Jack in the Box.

Ordered taro milk boba tea with 50% less sweet and it tasted nothing like taro. It tasted like sugar syrup with boba. Never ordering from here
