“I’ve never left a review for a fast food restaurant before. It’s usually quick service, as expected, and I never felt the need to say more. But after consistently experiencing the incredible service from Sumaria at Taco Bell, I had to share.

My husband and I both work demanding jobs and often rely on Taco Bell for a quick meal. We’ve never encountered anyone like Sumaria. She is always friendly, energetic, and genuinely kind. She greets every customer with a smile and wave, and she goes out of her way to brighten our day, especially for our son, who lights up when she sends him heart-hand gestures from the window.

We also notice how respectful and positive she is with her coworkers. We see her regularly, and she is consistently this way. Sumaria shows how powerful a great attitude and strong work ethic can be.

I don’t know if corporate will see this, but if they do, I hope she’s recognized and promoted. She has so much to offer, and if more employees were trained by her example, Taco Bell’s service everywhere would improve. Thank you, Sumaria, for making every visit feel special.“
