They might as well close the in store option and just run the drive thru since they apparently couldn’t seem to handle both. Waited 45 mins for a 12 dollar meal… every person that ordered in store was frustrated making small talk about how they should’ve just gone somewhere else bc it took so long. None of the workers would even look in the direction of people trying to ask for help.

The guy at the counter just ignores customers standing to collect/order and walk around looking busy. Everything’s so slow here. After the app says food’s ready, takes about 10 mins of waiting in store to pick up - just a tip for others. And don’t get the coffee, takes an extra 10 minutes

Idk what’s up with this location but they are always leaving out the sauce on my quesadillas even when I pay for extra. Just a dry quesadilla almost every time
Ordered a coke, sprite,2 super tacos and 6 regular tacos. Lady at drive thru window gave us 2 dr peppers. When questioned she said 1 was dr pepper and 2nd was REFILL. We repeated our order and it was corrected. Got home to find out missing 1 taco. Had 5 not six. This is second time we have experienced a problem with this place. There will be no 3rd time. Taco Bell has lost a family patron.
During our visit to the drive-through with my three kids, we were pleasantly surprised by how swiftly our order was taken and prepared. The staff displayed an exceptional level of friendliness that made the experience even more enjoyable. When I requested all the sauces we would need, I decided to ask for a few extra. To my delight, the attendant graciously obliged, showing a level of kindness that can sometimes be scarce at other locations, where the staff can be a bit more rigid or dismissive.
The atmosphere was upbeat, and the efficiency of the service was impressive. As we pulled away with our bags in tow, I was thrilled to see that we had received four satisfying meals for just $45—a fantastic price for such hearty portions. Overall, I absolutely loved our experience at this particular drive-through, as it combined great service with excellent value, making it a memorable outing for my family and me.

Beware! Check your food before you go. I have been served soggy tacos more than I can count! I only come back because it’s close to home. But next time I will not drive thru, and I will walk into make sure my food is prepared fresh.

I LOVE TACO BELL SM !! AND I LOVE THIS LOCATION !! the food is so good i usually get the chicken quesadilla and a soft taco with a large baja blast zero. i’m rating a 4 overall bc the last few times i went the baja blast zero and baja blast in general was out and one time my chicken quesadilla was dry as hell

This Taco Bell is a solid choice for a quick meal. Even when it's 'less busy than usual,' the staff is always friendly and efficient. The food is consistently good and satisfies that Taco Bell craving perfectly. A great spot for a fast and tasty bite!

Manager Maria had us wait over an hour for three items Saturday night 7/5/25 after asking many, many times where our order was. Absolutely terrible service, the lady working the grill was chill though. It can't be that hard, Maria.
