They don't deserve any for the service of the staff, there is no good communication when they arrive to pick up their online order, they have notices to pick up through the car window, they wait in line and when one arrives they indicate that they can't, but they do. They made them go around again and make another line but they didn't answer.

Bad experience with worst staff (tortoise).I ordered 3 items and been waiting for 30 minutes but I never received my order. And they said they are short with the staff. I can see four people working there. 1 among them was just laughing by seeing the crowd when we are requesting for food. He is an Taco Bell employee and just relaxing on table by saying that he is on break and smiling without least concern about food being late. It’s not just only for me everyone were waited fir 20+ min to see the response on their order.And their is a lady who don’t know how to operate the system. She is always checking out for the help, how can they make her to be at front desk when she don’t have any idea and making her tense at desk.It’s not about their fault, it’s about the management and hiring team by taking such employees into work who are least bothered about customers.I don’t have rating to give for food because I did not receive my food even after 30 min. I requested them to cancel my order and refund. Worst part is without any apology or asking for few minutes they cancelled my order by taking someone help how to refund and finally refunded by taking extra 5 min. Totally 40 minutes almost came out without food and cancelled transaction.

We did a mobile order. When we got to the restaurant, not once did they ask if we needed to order or if the order for mobile up was ours or to tell us someone would be withus even after looking at use several times. Clearly, they were training someone new who was totally inexperienced, and there was no sense of urgency at all. After 10 minutes of waiting in the restaurant, I asked if they had started our order and if not to cancel it since we were going to be late now. As the one person who did acknowledge us explained they couldn't cancel our order, the other two suddenly jumped into action, and I was told it would take 10 minutes to finish our order. When we got our order and left, our order was wrong. I have no idea what burritos they actually made. We were supposed to pick up someone on our way to our show but had to alter plans and ask the other person to drive themselves so we wouldn't be late. I'm not going back to this Taco Bell ever. One note that the person we spoke to was nice and tried to be helpful. But it seemed like she was doing the majority of the work for the whole place.

This location is always slow. 10-20 for four regular items. Drive-thru and app deivery items get priority.Check your order before you leave. We order there more than once a week, and our orders have been served up incorrectly about 40% of the time.But hey, if you have time kill... order inside. I would give 0 star to this place. I ordered vegetarian black bean chalupa supreme and when I ate I got chicken piece in my vegetarian chalupa.It was disgusting, seems like this place doesn’t have separate vegetarian section in kitchen. They don’t follow vegetarian guidelines while preparing your order.
I recently ordered a 12 taco combo party pack for takeout from Taco Bell on Fremont Blvd. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and service I received. Although food was as good as any other Taco BellsThe staff was very helpful and friendly, and they were quick to accommodate my request for extra condiments. My food was ready quickly.The tacos were good, I found the filling not adequate. The meat was flavorful and juicy, and the toppings were fresh and crisp.Overall, I was happy with my experience at Taco Bell on Fremont Blvd. The food was ok, the service was great, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quick and easy Mexican meal.Overall: 3.5/5I would like to add that this is relatively a better Taco Bell in the Fremont area. I have been to other Taco Bells in the area, and they have not been as good as this one. I would definitely recommend this Taco Bell to anyone looking for a quick drive through Mexican takeout meal.

This Taco Bell doesn't take your order at the counter, you MUST use the kiosk (or use their mobile app) and the lady in front of me tried to pay with cash and that was a hot mess - she never got her order and no one was at the counter to take her money. So I don't recommend paying cash. Also, there were two kiosks, but one was out of service so there was a line to order.We dined inside on a Saturday afternoon and the tables were pretty clean and the trash cans were not overflowing so I think they did a great job cleaning.

I came in on 09/08/2023 at around 3:30pm. The place was not busy so i thought oh maybe 10 minutes. It took them 20 minutes to get my food. They take the word fast out of fast food. The people working the line were chit chatting and laughing, having a good time. They have no sense of urgency here.There was an older Hispanic woman who looked angry and was super hostile. There was also a younger Hispanic male, with tacky black jewelry who was extremely rude, he pretty much acted like he was doing us a favor by being there. Just a nasty attitude.The food was made well and the order was right. The only bad thing here is attitude. The place looked clean and spacious. They also have plenty of parking.I probably will never come back here as I do not care to be mistreated, no matter how good the food is. I could have overlooked the fact that they took their sweet time to make my order but just the hostility I got here is enough to keep me away. I would not recommend this Taco Bell, go to another one.

We waited so long for our order and the place was not even busy. The people here are rude as well! Don't bother stopping here.
