How lame is it to only accept EBT in the lobby, lare night and im starving so went thru drive thru, as lobby is closed at this hour, however, was informed EBT cannot be used in the drive thru, Union City Taco Bell allows EBT in their drive thru, with no problem.

The food tasted fine. The problem is one of the workers was greedy. We ordered two deluxe boxes and one cantina chicken taco meal. Two some people the cantina tacos are not spicy. My wife said to her it was spicy. She has a health issue where she has to be careful. I went up to ask nicely if they could make 1 chalupa for her instead of 2 of those tacos. To me that is fair because they do not advertise that the tacos can be spicy. The lady gave attitude and tried to charge us. That is bad customer service

Stopped by to get a Crunch wrap and 2 Supreme crunchy tacos but when I went to pay using EBT I was refused because it was EBT. I hadn't eaten anything all day and that was all I had to pay. If you say you accept EBT don't refuse someone trying to pay with it. Now I'm going to bed hungry because I'm too embarrassed over the situation.

I’ve never left a review for a fast food restaurant before. It’s usually quick service, as expected, and I never felt the need to say more. But after consistently experiencing the incredible service from Sumaria at Taco Bell, I had to share.
My husband and I both work demanding jobs and often rely on Taco Bell for a quick meal. We’ve never encountered anyone like Sumaria. She is always friendly, energetic, and genuinely kind. She greets every customer with a smile and wave, and she goes out of her way to brighten our day, especially for our son, who lights up when she sends him heart-hand gestures from the window.
We also notice how respectful and positive she is with her coworkers. We see her regularly, and she is consistently this way. Sumaria shows how powerful a great attitude and strong work ethic can be.
I don’t know if corporate will see this, but if they do, I hope she’s recognized and promoted. She has so much to offer, and if more employees were trained by her example, Taco Bell’s service everywhere would improve. Thank you, Sumaria, for making every visit feel special.

The food at this Taco Bell location was consistently delicious-hot, fresh, and tasty, which keeps me coming back.
Unfortunately, the service was severely lacking. Despite three employees being present, no one greeted or
acknowledged me when I walked in, and I had to repeat my order multiple times before it was taken correctly, which was frustrating. While the food quality is great, the indifferent attitude and lack of basic hospitality from the staff really hurt the experience. A little more attentiveness and friendliness would make a big difference. Hopefully, management takes note and improves customer service.

I went through the drive through to order a meal but was only charged 2 drinks when at check out, I corrected the cashier but she decided to charge me more than the actual meal itself. Some people are in a hurry to work to actually sit there and complain about it at that moment but I feel the associates at this establishment need to be better trained when working with the public. Especially when they are well aware of the prices. I never come to this location and now I definitely never will again because of the service.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Workers can't read the order. Ordered 2 mexican pizzas both with extra beef, paid $1.50 each for the extra beef, barely any beef on them. Also ordered 2 chips n cheese paid $1.00 extra each to get the green queso they had available on the website when I placed the order. My husband went to the drive thru to pick up and was given the regular nacho cheese sauce. When he informed the cashier we paid extra for green queso they had no idea what he was talking about. When he showed her we paid for it she just said they don't have it and couldn't refund because she didn't know how to do it. Tried complaining to corporate, no reply. I will not be returning to any Taco Bell ever. If you have to go to Taco Bell in Fremont Ca avoid the one on Grimmer Blvd like the plague

This Taco Bell often has things out of stock, including Baja blast, which is a big reason why I get Taco Bell. The lady at the window is also very rude. I’m not expecting her to give five star service or go above and beyond but giving a rude tone and attitude at a simple question if they have things in stock definitely doesn’t help with my experience. At the end of the day, I know I’m getting fast food and shouldn’t have high expectations. Support a local Mexican business instead.

Ordered food at the drive thru, Indian man was friendly and professional.Moments later, I had to go inside to use the restroom. I could not sit down and enjoy my food in peace to eat in my car until using restroom. An employee on his break sitting down and eating saw me standing at the counter and politely asked me how could he assist me..I told him I had just ordered food thru drive through and needed to use restroom he immediately informed an employee ( which he didn't have to () He explained to the short squatty older lady behind the counter I needed to use the restroom . A few mins pass and she asks me can she help, I told her I just went thru drive thru and need to use the restroom room . She told me ***Wait, I waited well over 5 mins and and during that time I saw 4 other people enter Taco Bell that she abruptly conversed with and told them** wait in a harsh rude manner, she NEVER attempted to allow me access to the restroom, instead another young lady allowed me access using a special key after waiting too long. ( Seriously, it could have only taken under 10 seconds to open the restroom door and 10 seconds or less to walk back to the counter even walking slowly shouldn't take longer😑
Mgmt please have a talk to that unprofessional,
So called employee, ( Better yet hire someone that has Great customer Service skills , appreciates their job and remembers to treat ☀️customers respectfully ,,,instead of telling everyone that comes through the door wait*** that is rude to many customers and dislikes their job and customers .

I got some Taco bell gift card from my work place, so we were excited to try this place. I went to order in store but they told me that I have to do online order, after doing online order it was quick. Food was mediocre and service was okay. I am not sure if I will try this place again.

Way too expensive for the quality and quantity -- a total ripoff. Chipotle gives the biggest and best bang for the buck!
