They seemed more concerned about the drive-thru customers even though I ordered first.Really shameful.February 21st, 2024I ordered a pick up order. It took them 2 minutes for any of their employees to address me.3 employees walked passed without a word. I should have been in and out! Makes no sense. Two of their employees would look over at me smirking as if they were enjoying seeing me wait.They don't care about you. They just want a paycheck.

Man I came here to get two cheesy bean and rice burritos which isn't a difficult item it's on the value menu and what I got was beans swimming in grease, dang near tried to poison me I understand talking with your co workers but don't put your customers health at risk for a interesting

Went to order a meal, during the night shift. When I received my order it was wrong. I asked for my correct order and the lady at the window rudely said I needed to pay for it again and go around the drive through again. All I wanted was loaded nacho fries. Which I would've gladly paid for. Afterwards I told the drive through lady I just wanted to cancel my order. She then rudely yelled at me to return the water bottle that I PAID for separately. She should pay attention to the orders and give better customer service. It's all about business and at the end of the day you're getting paid by the hour.

Terrible service, the overweight register lady took the persons order in front of me then left the register and said I have too use the self check out. Then another employee comes up and I'm thinking he's going to take my order but nah. He says I'll assist you at self check out. Taco Bell got lazy and cheap with that nasty self check out that they maybe clean once a day.

If you go during a busy time or when they're running a promotion, the service will be very slow even if you pre-order through the app ahead of driving over. The staff might also ignore you or seem rude since they are busy trying to work on everyone's orders.If someone takes your order, they will remake your order for you -- this happened to me once.I quickly learned to come during non-busy hours, and the staff are friendly, say hi and other pleasantries. Your order is also often already ready for you if you've preordered through the app ahead of driving over (10 min for me) or just a minute from being ready. And they don't forget napkins or anything.I think the inside is clean enough from a fast food standpoint to eat in -- you just need to use a couple of the napkins to brush off some lettuce or cheese that fell from the previous person sitting there. I've never seen the trash/compost/recycling bin overflowing either so they do well with cleaning that out regularly.
