If someone is taking orders, they should be able to speak and understand English. It took three workers to figure out what I was ordering, which held up the line for almost five minutes.

The 3 times I visited this Taco Bell, it was 5/5 service. The food was fresh and great, good portions, and super quick. I also noticed they had very friendly folks taking the order for the take-out option.

My food was inedible. They give you rotten/ expired food. My taco shell was stale and mold on the sides. The tomatoes were spoiled, stinky and mushy! Very bad smell to it. The lettuce was not even fresh it was BLACK. the employees here do not care! the woman there did not help me. She acted as it was my fault. Do not go here. Save your money and go to a different Taco Bell who knows how to serve food that’s fresh and eatable to customers. 🤣🤣🤣 Lady refused to refund me too.

Just drove to location here at taco bell. Online it's says it's open until 1:30 am. The drive through board is off and closed. And everyone is cleaning way too early in the store

I visited Taco Bell and received cold nacho fries, which was really disappointing. When I politely mentioned it to the staff, they reacted as if it was my fault but after that they gave us hot, I expect better customer service and fresh food, especially when I’m paying for it. Definitely not a good experience this time.

Beware. Some menu prices are higher on mobile app and in-store electronic kiosk than if you stand in line the old fashioned way and order with a cashier. I let the cashiers and manager know, but they didn't care. I guess now you will pay a premium if you want easier ordering/service?
