I would give 10 stars if I could! The team did a phenomenal job for our son's graduation party! From the beginning to end communication was excellent and the food was soooooo yummy! Everyone at the party was talking about how good the food was!!! They cleaned up perfect too like they weren't even there! Thank you so much for everything! Can't wait for the next party!!!

We hired Ricardo for our wedding reception and are so happy with the choice. He was easy to work with leading up to the event-- quick to respond to questions and always provided clear communication. On the day of, the team was on time, professional, and kind. The food smelled amazing as they cooked on-site. The service set-up flowed well for our 75-guest party. And, the food was amazing! We opted to add drinks and churros- both were a huge hit. I highly recommend Tacos El Jefeson.

We hired Ricardo and his crew for my son's first birthday party. He seriously makes the planning and catering portion of your party seamless. We had ordered for a party of 50, carne asada, pollo, Al pastor for the meats. Add ons included 40 quesadillas, horchata, agua fresca and churros! Salsa bar was also included. Everything was delicious, all of my guests were so pleased and kept coming back for more! Ricardo dedicated 4 hours of his time to my party which is basically 2 hours of setting up and cooking before the party and 2 hours of serving. He is reasonably priced, responsive and super kind! I will definitely hire him and his crew for my future parties. My only regret is I didn't get to order the guacamole! Ok ok next time for sure. Thanks again Ricardo for a wonderful time and great service!

Ricardo and his partner did a 60+ person party at our house and I have never hosted an easier event. Everything was perfect from communication, set up, food, service and clean up! Highly recommend this taco caterer and definitely recommend the churros, which he cooked right here in the yard and they were a huge hit!!

We hired Ricardo's team for my MIL 60th surprise birthday party. They knocked it out of the park!!! Everyone at the party kept saying how good the food was and thanked me for choosing this company. We had the pollo, carne, and pineapple al pastor. We should have ordered double pastor- it was soooo good!! We also added on churros - worth every penny. Those were the BEST churros I've ever had. Ricardo was communicative and very kind. I highly recommend using his team for any event you may be planning.
We have an annual family picnic for our networking group and we ditched the usual BBQ for tacos and we were so happy we did!! The Ricardo's (father and son) made the event from start to finish very easy. The guys came and set up a tent, the flat grill, tables and started cooking. The whole set up was very bright and welcoming with Mexican blankets as tablecloths which they arranged all the food on. So cute!Their minimum is 50, and although we were only going to be 25, everyone brought containers so they could take home leftovers - which weren't much because we all ate a lot!! We had the three meat selection which was steak, chicken and Al pastor with pineapple. All the meats were very tasty but the Al pastor was a huge hit. The fresh guacamole made right there was delicious as was the smokey tasting salsa. The fresh radishes, onions, cilantro as well as hot sauces - for those who dared. The quesadillas filled with cheese, so good. Of course some rice and beans and warm churros with yummy sauces of chocolate, caramel or strawberry to drizzle over. The kids were delighted! A perfect fiesta! Everyone thanked me for such a great event but really the Ricardo team really made the day. Looking forward to doing another event with them.
