I love Tapioca! It's my favorite place to get boba. The fries are a little spicy so ask for a lower spice level but I absolutely love this place.

I used to love this place but now the quality has completely fallen off the map. Order popcorn chicken with 3 spice, usually would have a nice kick, but I got nothing. This has happened twice in the last 2 months I’ve ordered there. Their boba hasn’t been great either, extremely dirty in the area where they make everything when I’ve gone to pickup

I ordered through Uber eats, paid $8 for a jasmine tea, they filled it up with ice even i selected less ice and i added lychee mango Boba and grass jelly, and there was none of the selected items in my drink. The crispy popcorn chicken was not so good.

I had an absolute nightmare when the boba options were limited and when the barista messed up my order, he didn’t even try to remake the drink or refund. Plus, the boba was very watered down and tasted of food coloring. The popcorn chicken tasted as it wasn’t seasoned and was very dry in the inside. I would not recommend coming to this atrocity. I recommend going to Tpumps or Sharetea instead.

First time trying this place and it was awful. None of the drinks actually tasted like what they were. Blueberry snow bubble was so watery and didn’t even taste lime blueberry. The coffee milk tea was literally just water with coffee, at least it didn’t taste like it had milk. And the mango pineapple tea were so bitter they had no sweetness to them. All the drink got thrown away :( I would definitely NOT recommend.

My family has been a big fan of tapioca express and decided to try this location for the first time. We all got food poisoning from here. They’re dirty and do not handle food and drinks properly. I do not recommend this location

I recently visited Tapioca Express for the first time and had an amazing chicken wrap paired with an avocado smoothie. The staff was friendly and ensured my smoothie had less ice, making it perfectly refreshing. On another visit, I tried the wrap again—it was just as great—but the chicken popcorn wasn’t very impressive. We also tried a few other drinks, which were quite good.
Overall, this place offers tasty food, good drinks, and even a student discount. Definitely a must-try for a quick bite or refreshing drink!

Really disappointing. Service is really slow, even not during rush hours, and the drinks are often too watery or milky.
This is the only place open on Christmas Eve, and it’s understandably busy. We’re mindful of the pressure this puts on the staff, but it has been over 30 minutes, and two of our drinks are still missing. The store is packed with customers and has numerous pickup orders. If the team is unable to keep up with the demand, it may be better to temporarily pause taking new orders to avoid further delays and frustration for customers.

Everytime I give this place a chance it always disappoints. The only thing that I have enjoyed is the spicy chicken. But the drinks so far have been awful, especially compared to the Tapioca Express in union city. Avocado snowbubble has a disgusting aftertaste, my taro barely has had any flavor, and thought trying a hot taro would be better and I was definitely wrong, It wasn’t even hot! Tasted like just milk! Each visit I had to throw my drink out. Done trying
