It was one of the best places to eat. Food was amazing. Tea was astounding, and the staff is very warm. Will miss it.

Pretty good value. I always get the minced pork or pork stew lunch set (which includes a free black tea, which is nice and strong). My go-to for a quick lunch that's not too oily or heavy! Their peanut butter toast is pretty good too.

Non sugar milk tea is too bland and watery. Not enough milk and not enough tea. I hope to find an alternative to Fantasia but it’s just not.

Decent nd affordable Taiwanese food. Excellent value for the money. Some of the staff can be a bit curt. But not a problem once you get used to them.

the snack food and the shaved ice here tasted really bad. I will never come back.

This is one of my favorite places to go and relax. Their royal and rose teas are to die for and their service is outstanding.

My favourite tea place in the Bay Area. Always make a point to go if I'm in the area!

When redeeming a promotion they sent via FiveStars, your purchase doesn’t earn you any points. Ridiculous! Aren’t they supposed to be trying to earn your business and get you to come back??

They make really good tea here and good boba. The food is good too. We ate here regularly before the pandemic and now we get takeout. The menu is slightly smaller since the pandemic but we can still get all our favorites.

Rice plates are great

Not my cup of tea -- no pun intended -- but seems to be popular among the boba crowd (teenage girls). This location does also serve prepared food (Asian themed). Never really that busy. Biggest downside is that it is next to a somewhat dicey liquor store (based on the "clientele" that frequents the liquor establishment).
