I brought my own cup for environmental reasons, and they couldn't make my drink in my cup. Why? Because they need to count cups.
...even though they take orders through a machine and I'm sure that software can tell you how many cups you've sold in a day. We don't live in cavepeople times anymore. This shop is located in one of the most technologically advanced places in the world and they need to manually count cups?
I drink boba a lot and I actually really like Teaspoon, but for this reason, I'll choose any of the many other boba shops that will let me use my own cup.

Great boba place! Drinks were really good, got the guava sunset and had the perfect balance of taste. The staff who operated the last shift was also really accommodating to me who came pretty close to closing :)
