Their tea may be good but their customers include some slobs who take their tea to-go, drink half of it, then throw their cups in nearby fields and on neighborhood streets. Really, people? Grow up and dispose of your plastic cups properly. My neighbors and I take daily walks in the morning and we're constantly picking up their trash. I don't want to see litter all along Mission Blvd.

Whenever I am craving a refreshing drink, this place hits the spot! It's close to my job and first tried it when I searched local boba spots. I have tried a lot of their drinks and so far have enjoyed each one. Flavors are spot on. My favorite is the Snow White tea which is lychee and butterfly pea tea. They are definitely on the sweet side, even 75% sweetness is still on sweet side, so just be careful and make sure you tell them to adjust the sweetness level. It's a cute location with parking in the back and there is also street parking. Staff is kind. I usually just online order and pick up since I don't have time to stay.

I mainly enjoy the area, safe mission San Jose location don’t worry about potential danger. I dig the little lego play wall and clean restroom they have. The green seats are cool for Instagram pictures and love the ube waffle’s they sell.Kid-friendliness: The Lego play wall is fun to build a design while you wait for your drink.

The avocado smoothie is a good choice. My daughters like the brown sugar milk tea with boba and egg pudding.

This place has really great drinks and boba! The service is fast and they also have online ordering so you can easily order and pick up. There are only a few places to sit so not the best place to sit and hang out. I got the strawberry cow which is matcha latte with strawberry cheese foam. Im always hesitant about cheese foam, but this one actually tastes good and more like strawberry than cheese. The matcha latte was good as well. The boba was also the perfect texture and not too hard or mushy. I'll definitely come back to try more flavors!

Cute place to get some boba. Love their creme brûlée , it was delicious and a meal by itself. Definitely going back for more!

I usually order the Pink Dragon drink here and it is really good. But last time it was salty? I had never seen these raisin looking things in my drink and they had this awful, bitter taste! I had to spit it out! And then it made the rest of my drink so salty.

The owner, a middle aged women, was very rude while making the drinks. She was throwing things around and looked visibly irritated. She was also unnecessarily tough on the college student who was working thr register who took the order. It was an uncomfortable experience, not to mention fruitflies in the kitchen. The drinks were average. Much better to take the extra 5 minutes and drive to Share Tea or another place. I would not patronize this business again purely for how poor the customer service is.

extremely overpriced $8 for a drink and an extra $1 for no ice, you can get the same thing nearby at umi tea for just 5 bucks and a way bigger

My blood is absolutely boiling. I accompanied my girlfriend to get some drinks before starting our day. Mind you this was yesterday, all seemed well until her drink was wrong. No big deal, I just asked for it to be fixed and it was. We decided to give it another try, we ordered 3 drinks and waited upwards of an hour for just two of the drinks, one was never even called out and we may have noticed but the drink was completely wrong. On top of this, honey boba waa missing from all of our drinks, which we all paid for and we had to ask for the refund rather the workers tell us, they tried to just pretend the toppings were correct purposely. You will never find myself anywhere near this so called disgrace you would even attempt to call a boba shop, I am absolutely horrifed by this monstrosity, so called service.

This was an ice cream shop a few years ago - now, Teazen and serving boba drinks. My daughters and I came in on a whim as I was just down the street at Forest & Flour enjoying MY version of tea. Hot and with an artisan pastry. My girls are much simpler to please - take them for boba and they'll be perfectly happy. Kaia, my younger one, is already quite the boba enthusiasts (just like her older sister). Don't judge me for caffeinating her so young. I drank coffee while I was pregnant and she came out fine! Teazentea has one of the cutest furnishings I've seen for a boba cafe with it's dark green velvet chairs, faux marble top tables with brass leggings complete with an Eiffel tower accent wall. Really cute! The pandan waffle is really all I had - just a bite here and there and I really liked it. It was served HOT and SUPER FRESH. The girls really enjoyed their drinks as well and their items are reasonably priced.
