Food was great and so was the service I believe her name was Krystin. Only issue I have is that another guest just got up gave an "UNWANTED" hug (which is classified as "Assult" in California). And the G.M. Toby (I think that's his name) did nothing to address the situation when it was obviously an extremely uncomfortable situation for the employee. (My opinion is that guest should have been given his bill and asked to leave the property.) But yet he's still sitting here being served and the G.M. is gone.... smh seems like money is all the restaurant owners only objective and on the safety of his employees mean nothing.......

This is our Wed date night spot. Every week, my husband and I order our regular burgers with parmesan fries, with a twist of Martini at times. I've never had an issue with the service or the quality of food and drinks. Nashville's hot and cheese burgers are our faves here.

Came here during happy hour and it definitely was not a happy experience. We ordered the Parmesan fries, mini burgers, & nacho chipotle fries. The fries were STALE. It seemed like they took old fries, threw some cheese on it, then stuck it under the broiler. The burger's buns were soggy. It was not tasty at all. For the fact that besides another couple sitting at bar, the restaurant was empty, and we were being served subpar food, I definitely will not be returning. Oh even better... the added 20%?!Edit: later the same night, both my stomach AND my husband's were a wreck! Pretty sure we had some form of food poisoning from this meal.

We just met this place and it was a good experience. Service was attentive and friendly. Tables and restrooms were clean. They have a kids menu which is great for the little ones, but for my kids (over 9) the regular size worked just fine. The “build your own burger” option is useful for the picky eaters, my daughter was amazed by the croutons “why nobody thought about this before?”, she said.We tried also the Mexican milkshake and it was really good.Overall a good experience, we will be back for sure.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with activities, pencil and crayons. Appropriate music and tv.

Good place, decent burgers with options to customize. The vibe was good and so was the music. Also good for vegetarians not sure about vegans.

I would have given a great review - the food was “good” but they try to sneak in a 20% gratuity on the bill without saying anything - SHADY

Not great! The burgers were well conceived and executed but ultimately bland. You can find much better burgers elsewhere for much less than $15 each. The Counter also adds a 20% service charge to all dine-in orders (optional, but you must shamefully ask the server to remove it) and also asks for an additional tip. Good fried pickles, but not much else for us. Date night here cost $80 ?

Returning back for our second time, we asked to have a table outside in the sun. The host said yes, then sat us in the shade. When we asked to move he was annoyed and said we could sit anywhere. We picked the only remaining table in the sun then he told us we would need to move because that was a 4-top and we were only two.We were confused because he just told us to pick anywhere and we clearly asked if what we wanted was available before he tried to seat us.He went and got the manager who told us we needed sit somewhere else.Note, at the time we were there, there was no wait or other people needing to be sat.We decided to eat somewhere else because the whole reason we decided to go out to eat was to enjoy the warm sun.The first time we ate there the food was fine (I would say overpriced) and the service was just okay. My partners food wasn’t hot when it arrived at the table but, they were kinda busy. After our second experience and the overall mediocre food, we won’t be returning.
