Near and dear to my heart ever since I tried it as a food truck in New York a long time ago. Sad the San Mateo location is gone. I wish there was a location near where i live and that more people enjoy it as much as me. The mixture of meat, tomatoes, lettuce, rice, white sauce, and the optional hot sauce is a mouth-watering dream come true. I try to visit every time I'm near Fremont.

It was my first time at this location, and I’m not sure if I had a wrong batch, but the meat smelled terribly foul - had to toss out mid way. Hope I don’t get food poisoning. Never had a similar experience at other locations.
I was very pleased with the presentation of the food item. And food was seasoned to perfection, as well as the proteins were not dry, they were super juicy well cooked. I will definitely tell Friend and be visiting the restaurant for future dining.

The food is always good. The service can be not so great with the employees seemingly hating their job? They just seem depressed everytime I go. BUT the food is great, I like the chicken wings! Spicy and crunchy the wings are unlike anywhere else...so good, also the white sauce is great 👍
